My self-summary
If I were to describe myself as a shape I would be a circle. Why? A circle is a particular shape with no definitive sides. The fact that I have no definitive sides makes me different from the other shapes that are out there. My lack of definition typifies my subtle, but ever changing nature. It also shows that I have integrated all aspects of my being, or the different sides to myself, into one while maintaining dimension, which personifies my depth of character. A circle is one continuous loop where there is no definitive beginning or end, symbolic of balancing past and future to live in the present. At first glance, a circle visually has a definitive area and definitive circumference. However, if you were to calculate the area or the circumference you will find that both values have decimal values that are infinite. Such an aspect visually shows my completeness as a person while maintaining a contrasting aspect that my journey to become definitive and complete continues and will not cease, emphasizing my goal driven nature, desire to improve, and understanding that I can improve with every moment. Even so, as a circle I show a sense of easygoingness that other shapes may lack due to their rigidity.
But with the positives of being a circle, there are negatives. A circular object, unlike a square shaped object for instance, can be moved around much more easily, showing my somewhat indecisive nature at times. But as mentioned, I should understand that I differ from others and to know that their instinct is unlike mine and vice versa.
If I were to draw a circle I would have minute jagged edges here and there, but for the most part it would resemble a circle. This fact exemplifies that I am not perfect and the jagged edges show that I can make mistakes. But with such flaws, the drawn circle still has the relatively smooth contour that gives it semblance to a perfect circle, further personifying my drive to be the best that I can be.
Well what does this all mean really? How does this truly translate into who I am exactly?
I would like to believe that I am poetic, artistic, mathematical, logical, easygoing, open, abstract, creative, simple, and philosophical.
Even if you look at my profile and do not wish to message me, I hope you take a little time to imagine yourself as another thing; it does not have to be a shape in particular, it really could be anything, perhaps a color for instance or an everyday object or chemical compound or a particular sound, literally anything. The point is that it allows you to reflect and find out more about who you are. All too often people would say they are kind, outgoing, funny, fun to be around with, always laughing, etc. But most are like that and I think there is more to that…I could be wrong.
What I’m doing with my life
I am currently in medical school. But that is not to say that I am just a science guy and that science and math are the only things that matter and nothing else. Absolutely not. I love to reflect, philosophize, be creative in any art form, whether it is drawing or writing, and I enjoy working out. I used to do martial arts, but that endeavor is at a hiatus because the workload does not enable me to dedicate time to it. But I have the intention of going back to the art that has given me so much. More often than not I try to be creative with everything, literally everything like with food or with studying. As an example, right now I am pretending to be a lecturer and by truly immersing myself in that role and that mentality it is really helping me learn the material that can be at times very dense.
I’m really good at
I would have to say that I am good at offering a second opinion, a different perspective or way of viewing things, and at times good at giving advice. Good advice is not a generic cookie cutter mold type thing, where one method works for everyone. Good advice is based off of a multitude of factors in regards to the person, such as their beliefs, lifestyle and perceptions on a variety of things. Simply put, the best advice is one that is given after you have immersed yourself in someone's shoes.
The first things people usually notice about me
People notice that I take good care of myself in regards to eating right and exercise. I have had my peers ask me what I do exactly in regards to my routine. It really is no secret. I exercise with some degree of intensity and I eat very healthy. I have been noted to be somewhat of a hipster in appearance, then some people say I look like a k-pop star, and then some say I resemble Bruce Lee. None of those are bad things per se, but those things can gas a person up and it can get to their head. I really try my best to be a very humble and polite person because I know how hard it is to fit in and I experienced that hardship growing up. In that regard, I do my best to treat everyone the same.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I swear I haven't read books for pleasure ever in my life, with exception to probably one or two but I don't remember which ones specifically. Perhaps in conversation about books I may remember it. For the most part, I only read because it was a required reading for school or what not. To me it's tedious to read things that I honestly don't care about. I just want to know the ending and certain key details. I can really care less about "the warm sun" or "the blistering cold" or all the other fluff. Those are things that I can experience when I actually interact with people or by just going outside and by doing that, to me at least, it is more meaningful. I don't necessarily discourage reading, but I believe writing is a more powerful tool for creativity and overall growth.
As for movies, I enjoy watching movies from time to time but you wont find me watching movies by myself on netflix. For me a movie is a very social experience, where I would go with friends or on a date with that special someone, but not on the first one because it takes away from interaction.
For music, I will listen to anything. I prefer rock, indie rock, punk rock, house, R&B and classical. If rap, country, k-pop or anything else is playing I seriously don't mind at all.
As long as it is healthy I am willing to eat it. But I am not going to be a hypocrite and say that I haven't had junk food, however, I very very very very rarely eat junk food.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
I spend a lot of time thinking about anything and everything. I am more focused on my studies for more practical purposes, but time to time its good to let your mind wander because you never know what you might miss out on if you don't allow it to explore.
On a typical Friday night I am
I am either in the lab, studying, or out with friends. It can vary.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I used to be a bit chubby as a kid and I had a mushroom haircut until the end of middle school. I was almost left back in second grade and had to go to summer school. In elementary school, I had to take a certain class along with a few others because I was not up to par with my other peers. I decided to change that, along with the help of my parents, because that was not what I wanted of myself. I wrote this to show you that no matter what you have the power to change and that you are your only limitation. But as they say "to each their own".
