I am smart, nerdy, and outgoing.

My Self-Summary

Alright, I will be honest, I really dislike the idea of something saying "Ok, self-summary....GO!" but here goes nothing:

My name is Tim and I'm 23. I am going on an adventure in to the infamous "Real World" and trying to strike it out on my own as soon as possible.

I'm a big guy with a big heart and I love to cook, give hugs, and be the best pillow I can be sometimes. (Its a well believed fact that big people are jolly...look at Santa. He's our leader.) I love to entertain people, either through my wide ranging sense of humor or in the formal dinner party sense. (I told you I like to cook.) I'm also italian, and embrace my heritage fully...minus the Sopranos stuff...maybe.

I'm very outgoing, and will do my best to become a good friend with you very quickly. I can be a goofball and I love to laugh. I promise within the first three minutes of meeting you, I will try to make you laugh. I'm really an experience.

In the proverbial nutshell: I'm looking for someone to be friends, or be more than friends. Either way, you can't lose, am I right? I can be a goofball or serious, highly intellectual and really dumb at the same time, and I will always have a smile on my face. Read on for more, because I don't want to write one essay followed by six more containing the same basic information.

Try the "What I'm willing to admit here..." one, very funny. I get great reviews on it.

What I’m doing with my life

I attended the University of New Haven to study Forensic Science and Chemistry. I had to leave due to financial reasons, and I would love to go back and finish my degrees at some point. Right now, however...its not in the cards.

I'm a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician, and volunteer my time as an EMT for my local ambulance service. I love what I do, and could easily do it for the rest of my life.

In terms of actual work, I currently work part time in the Electronics Department at a major retail store, but I am leaving that job soon for a full time position in the ultra exciting insurance industry. I'm looking to get that in to career mode for now, and seeing where that takes me.

I’m really good at

quoting movies and TV shows, being ultra nerdy at times, playing Dungeons and Dragons, "that's what she said," Jeopardy (Trebek's got nothing on me without his cards!), video games, board games, saving lives, procrastin...I'll finish this later.

The first things people usually notice about me

I laugh a LOT. I have a big, loud, infectious laugh that people usually notice. It goes along great with my personality and outgoing, happy-go-lucky nature. The other things are usually that I smile a lot, or that I'm a big guy, which doesn't bother me.

I like me for me...and you should too. So there.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Oh boy...prepare for the list, I'm a huge media buff, so this could be long.

BOOKS: Lord of the Rings Series, anything Tom Clancy, most Sci-Fi or Fantasy books. True Crime stuff, and stuff on american history...especially the presidents and the american revolution.

MOVIES: Not even going to try to list things here. But, I love Sci-Fi movies (Star Trek and Star Wars are equally awesome in my eyes), action/adventure/superhero movies, zombie movies (the only version of "horror" I can stomach...see number 2 on my admit section for an explanation), and disney/kids movies. I'm a big sucker for those.

MUSIC: I love 85% of the music in the world. My taste ranges from classical to musical theater to pop to rock to metal. My current obsessions are Michael Buble, Glee (TV cast music), and Dragonforce.

TV: They didn't add this above, but I'm adding it: Trauma, Dollhouse, Law and Order: Original or SVU, Glee, Flashforward, Fringe, COPS, Family Guy, Burn Notice are some of my favorites.

FOOD: I like it...alot. Enough said.

The six things I could never do without

1. Friends and Family
2. My Computer
3. Facebook and its thousands of time killing applications.
4. My Cell Phone
5. My watch (I'm really a mess when I don't know what time it is.)
6. Humor (its like my lifeblood.)

I spend a lot of time thinking about

the future. Its right in front of me, so I think about it a lot, but I can be scatter brained so I think about everything you could possibly imagine. I do think a lot about potential relationships, because I like the idea of having someone in my life in that...I hate to say role.

But my main priorities when I think generally revolves as follows:
1. Future (Career, etc)
2. Fun (What's coming up?)
3. Romance

On a typical Friday night I am

Working...blah.

But if I had the choice, I would be chilling with my friends watching Dollhouse, playing video games, and just enjoying each others company. (I love my imaginary social life.)

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

1. I sing in the shower...poorly. (I blame the bad acoustics)

2. If you can manage to catch me off guard and scare me, I tend to scream like a four year old girl.

...I can't believe I told you that.

You should message me if

You should message me if you got this far and haven't begun clicking furiously on the close button.

Message me if you don't mind big guys, like nerdy guys, like a gentleman, and/or you're looking for someone to be a friend with, because I can always use more friends.
