I just finished studying Communications and Broadcasting Technology at Montgomery College this past spring. I'll be headed up to Towson in the spring semester to get my Bachelors in Electronic Media and Film. I'm currently spending my fall working and saving up money so I can afford to move into my own place and only work part time while I focus on school.
In the mean time; I'm a producer and board operator for a national radio network (less glamorous than it sounds, i assure you) and a barista at Barnes and Noble Cafe.
I love to travel when I have the time and money, go camping, play with my dogs, and cook for my friends.

Climbing things, making poor decisions about footwear, putting my foot in my mouth(not literally), grilling, knocking things over, and inflicting unintentional harm upon myself in ways that often make everyone but me laugh a lot (i once accidentally grilled my entire hand in a pannini press, for instance), editing audio, keeping track of time in thirty second increments

I read a lot and hate to pick favorites with anything, but some books that I can read over and over are:

The Big Lebowski, Pulp Fiction, Requiem for a Dream, American History X, Fight Club, Garden State, Kill Bill, Memento, Clueless, Lilo and Stitch, Breakfast at Tiffany's, and I kind of have a thing for silent films, but I don't really watch them as often as I'd like. I don't think you can really enjoy or understand something unless you look back at it's origins

Music depends so much on my mood, but I mainly listen to a mixture of rock, alternative, stereotypical indie shit and classic rock. I love pretty much everything that ever came out of the 90s or that I can rock out to.
Bands that I like include but are not limited to (in no particular order): The Gin Blossoms, Third Eye Blind, Neutral Milk Hotel, The Mountain Goats, The Moldy Peaches, Kimya Dawson, Tegan and Sarah, Smashing Pumpkins, The New Pornographers, Simon and Garfunkle, The Who, Beck, Cake, America, The Dresden Dolls, Elliot Smith, Ida Maria and many more.

I'm really not a picky eater, I'll try most things at least once, but I my favorite foods are probably sushi and steak
