Where to begin.... There are so many ways I would LIKE to describe myself but I guess I'll just tell the truth...LOL I can be a bit of a smartass at times but know when not to be.I have a deep passion for music & cooking.I'm a classically trained Chef/Pastry Chef & I love to share that w/people.I have 3 wonderful children who are my world & come before anything else.We spend a lot of time outdoors & when we're not camping or fishing you can usually find us building our model railroad...some people have told me that it's kinda nerdy & maybe it is but my dad & I did it when I was young & my boys just absolutely love it...so,i'm a nerd Other than work & my kids,my life has become a bit stale lately,which is why I'm here.I don't have a lot of free-time on my hands to get out & this was an idea given to me by someone I trust so here I am. So,in short,I'm here to do something different & new.Any questions?

Right now most of my time is spent working but I am working on changing that.I do spend as much of my free time w/my kids doing anything they want,which usually has something to do w/cartoons or camping.

FOOD!I'm deeply passionate about cooking...classically trained in culinary arts.I love to cook,especially for friends.I've been doing it now for 25yrs & I don't usualy brag about myself but,the question was what I'm really good at & I'm here to tell ya,I am GOOOOD in the kitchen!I'm sure there are other things I'm good at but cooking is w/o a doubt #1...or maybe #2 but the other is not appropriate to mention on a PG rated site (lol)

My future & what I need to do today to get the future I desire.Sounds corny,I know,but in the past I have made some pretty dumb choices which have a direct effect on the future & w/my kids in mind I like to think about what I'm doing now to give them the future they deserve.Hope that makes sense.

well,on some friday nights i have my kids which means junk food,games,movies,roasting marshmallows over a campfire & just being down right goofy.friday nights w/out them are usually a little more relaxed.sometimes i'll spend the night out fishing w/the boys,others i may stay home & immerse myself in a good book or pick the strings on the guitar until my fingers bleed.i tend to shy away from the bar scene,not opposed to shooting pool sometimes but...well,save that story for another time & place.
