My name is Christopher. My friends all call me Chris and it's my preferred name. I am originally from Kansas. I spent five years away from here in West Virginia, and decided to come back because of some family stuff. Went to Marshall University while I was there for two years, and earned a couple of certificates in the computer area. Broke my hand while I was out there too, long story short; I was walking out of a bar and some random person decided to hit me in the hand with a baseball bat. So if you notice a scar on my right hand, that's what happened to me. I'm not Christian, I follow a path called objectivism, very similar to atheism. It teaches self-reliance and rational self-interest. The most important aspect of it is reason, rationality, and logic. I also have 4 tattoos, a Celtic sun, a dragon, a Klingon bird of prey, and foamy the squirrel.

I'm not much into the alcohol or bar scene, and that's because unless there is something more to do besides drinking I really don't like it. Not into drugs either, I've seen what it does to people and it's not something I want in my life, so if you're into drugs please stop here. I'm also very much a non-smoker, but smoking is not a deal breaker.

I'd like to find someone who I can have an intelligent conversation with. In other words someone that I don't feel like I have to talk down to. the person that I'm looking for also has to have a mind of her own. A good sense of humor is important too. I'm not looking for someone that can't stand to go anywhere without makeup or has to constantly be preening herself, and I don't like high maintenance either. I also am not looking for someone who looks like she hasn't eaten in a month, which only leads to me wanting to buy her a sandwich.

I work at a factory and it consumes a lot of my time right now, but I am looking foreword to going to WSU in January for something in engineering. I've got three options in the engineering field, electronics, aerospace, and general construction, I'm hoping to major in one and minor in another. Just gotta figure out which one will serve me best.

I'm planning to start a business in the near future as well, it would be called "Lifeline Computers". Right now its just a small hobby of mine that i enjoy but i want to make it bigger.

I'm an excellent cook. I've been told that I am a good writer, and I love to play the guitar. If there is something that needs fixed, I can usually figure it out, as long as it has nothing to do with car mechanics. And I make a killer Manhattan.

I'm quiet until I'm comfortable enough to talk. Then I'll talk about...pretty much anything. Once you get to know me, you'll find that I am a bit of a smart alec. I also tend to pick on those who are closest to me, not because I really dislike them; it's just how I am with my friends. We all have this rule, if we're not picking in on each other then there's something wrong.

I wouldn't call myself a leader, or a follower, but I would say that I am the guy that stays quiet until I have something to say, and usually when I have something to say it's either going to be totally humorous, or very impactful and meaningful.

My book collection usually is between Sci-fi\fantasy, horror, and some mystery. A few authors would be Terry Goodkind, Alan Dean Foster, Stephen King, Elane Cunnigham, and finally Piers Anthony. Of course, out of those my favorite would be Terry Goodkind and his Sword of truth series, you can get lost in those books and loose all sense of time and place if you're not careful.

I have too many movies that I'd say are my favorite to list here so I will just say that my preferred style is comedy or sci-fi. An honorable mention would be the new star trek movie by J.J. Abrams, because it's just so awesome, I mean if I weren't already a trek fan watching that would have made me one.

When it comes to music, I'm not picky, I will listen to most anything, but I tend to avoid rap and most country, I don't really like music that is overly depressing or profane. My music collection consists mostly of rock from the early 60's until now, and it varies between rock, metal, heavy metal, and hair metal, with a bit of pop rock thrown in there for good measure. Out of all of the artists that I have I like Stone Temple Pilots the most, it's just something about their sound that's just amazing.

I love Italian foods, and that's my specialty when I cook, it's just something that makes me feel at home. I also like Chinese and some Mexican foods. I will try just about anything once as long as it isn't something that might try to eat me first.

The future, my place in it, and how i intend to live in it.

Typically, if I'm going out with my friends, we go to the local pub and shoot pool, something I'm not very good at but I enjoy a lot. If we stay in we play halo or watch movies, and we're very into barbeques and having small parties.

If I am going out by myself, I tend to avoid bars because I don't like going there unless it's more than just me going. I really enjoy just going for a drive, something about the road is just soothing, and I'm not talking about city driving either, I'm talking about dirt roads, country driving. I will go for a drive if I need to think about something or I just need to get out and have no idea where I want to go. If I stay in, I listen to music and read books.

I want desperately to get out of Kansas.

I often times buy things in twos.

I have been having weird cravings for sweet potatoes.

I'm secretly plotting to take over the world.
