I am the loot, the warrant, and the crook.

My Self-Summary

Hello, internet. I enjoy sustenance, companionship of other sentient bodies, and engaging my auditory cavities with rhythmic harmonies. I use my knowledge of really, really big scrabble words to beguile others into becoming cognizant of my superlative perspicacity... orthat I'm full of shit.

I'm a firm believer in the adage that if your knees aren't covered in grass stains by the end of the day, that you need to seriously reexamine your life.

What I’m doing with my life

I'm currently sitting at my computer and eating homemade granola. Yes, I'm one of THOSE people. There's also my amateur magic and writing hobbies.

I'm only studying part-time now, and the rest of my time is devoted to a soul-crushing, yet inexplicably cushy, office job.

I’m really good at

Making up themes and meanings for silly works of fiction, over-analyzing nonsense, etc.

I like to think I'm good at making people laugh, or at least getting better at it.

Oh! I once glued a bunch of aol cds together and made a coffee table. I suppose that counts for something.

The first things people usually notice about me

The perfectly circular Lennon glasses have made way to generic black plastic rims.

I get a lot of comments about my large hands.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

A: Anything by Vonnegut, Neal Stephenson, Neil Gaiman, Wilde, Milton, Proust, Boccaccio.
Hitchhiker's Guide, Song of Ice and Fire, Little Prince.

B: Cool Hand Luke, O Brother Where Art Thou, staple Tarantino films, Ghostbusters, Zoolander, Amelie, Waking Life, Back to the Future, Shawshank, Tampopo.

C: Yes, please.

D: I'll try anything twice.

The six things I could never do without

Atmosphere, nutrients, water, the printed word, the propensity for rational thought, and the unshakable notion that I am better than most people.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

How to fit the tag goon in this profile.

On a typical Friday night I am

Probably playing Beatles Rock Band with friends or something equally dorky.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I secretly hope someone catches my Carmen Sandiego reference.
