Hey,
I'm a musician (full time) I play and teach, it's a blast (really sometimes it is). I play tuba, trombone, euphonium and bass. So music is a big part of my life, when I'm not playing, I'm usually listening or going to concerts and whatnot. I love to laugh and have a great time, not a big fan of drama (uugghhh). I like hanging out, watching movies, talking, going for walks, I like artsy fartsy kinda junk, I try really hard not to take myself too seriously. I'm looking for a happy person, who is comfortable with herself, likes to goof around, I'm cool with nerdy, tattoos (I have a couple, most of them I can show with my clothes on) piercings (I don't have mine anymore, but I have a few holes to prove it).

When I'm not doing classical music kinda stuff, I'm listening to what I grew up on, punk rock (Misfits, Dead Kennedys) DC stuff (Jawbox, Shudder to Think) goofy crap (Weird Al, They Might be Giants) some rap (Jay Z, Kool Keith {you get huge bonus points if you even know who he is} Luda).

I am a practicing Buddhist and it's a big part of my life. I love meditating and going to the center. I try really hard to live a good life and treat all people with caring and compassion. It's not necessary that someone I meet or date be Buddhist (that might get kinda hard), but just a good person, not even religious, just comfortable with the fact that i do what I do and I like it and it has made my life so awesome.

But, I'm looking just someone to hang with, get to know, have some fun, see where it goes. I'm not afraid of a LTR and I'm a one woman kinda guy. So if this nonsensical rambling was even remotely appealing, drop me a line.

p.s. I can be very extroverted and ridiculous, but I also have a very shy side, it's just the initial contact that I really suck at, AKA I have no good pick up lines (sorry).
