Hello. I am the ((father)) of a beautiful twelve-year-old daughter. She has PERSONALITY PLUS!!!! My ex and I adopted her when she was 5 months old. I am financially stable, intellectual, easy-going and have a secure, government job. I am divorced from my daughter's mother, and have been since 2007 . I love to sing, and have done some acting. I am a former U.S. Rollerskating champion. Okay--(I am an artsyfartsy kind of guy). Karaoke, flyfishing, rollerskating, and spending quality time with my daughter are my passions. I would like a good open-minded person to share these passions with me. I recently moved to a new home in a new development near Picacho Peak. My daughter visits sometimes. What I’m doing with my life

I am always working to improve myself morally, socially, intellectually, and physically. I have to admit--I don't always reach my goals--but I do strive. I am raising a great daughter. I stress to her the following values: 'Patriotism', 'stewardship of Planet Earth', 'citizenship', and being a "good friend to your friends". NO RACISM is found HERE... I am securing my future financially, and I try to learn something new each day. My ex and I cooperate to the benefit of our daughter. My daughter's welfare is of utmost importance. I do not need to date, but my daughter, for some reason, would like me to.

I’m really good at

Singing, rollerskating, bicycling, Karaoke, finances, my job, communicating values to my daughter, reading James Patterson books(Alex Cross series), and helping my daughter with her homework. I am always in "teaching mode" when I am with my little girl. It is the most important job I have! I am rewarded in that she takes instruction well. I value that most in her. I delight in her steps toward maturity(but she is growing up wayyyyy tooooo fastttt!!!!!!!!!!) Her role model is Hannah Montana(Miley Cyrus)

The first things people usually notice about me

is my serious demeanor, sometimes mistaken for disinterest or boredom. I have deepset, dark-brown, intense eyes. (My moustache and goatee are prominant features). Also, I sport a length of hair in back which I call a "sidewinder"(rattlesnake), as opposed to a ponytail. I keep myself clean and well-groomed and expect the same from a romantic interest. You will not find me lacking in my self-grooming. I have kept myself free of common STD's and would appreciate contact from another who has done the same.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

(a)Alex Cross series by James Patterson, current politically conservative-themed books(Glenn Beck is a favorite!) (b)Steven Spielberg movies, movies with Anthony Hopkins(a very fine actor), movies with Tom Hanks(another fine actor), indie films... (c)classic rock, classical music, easy listening, country-(I can mimic many popular "classic rock" and country artists),I am told I have a beautiful voice(Baritone with a wide range). If we were to go to a bar that featured Karaoke, you would not be embarrassed to be with me. To the contrary, I tend to "raise the bar" when I volunteer my talent. (It's not bragging if it's true). (d) ITALIAN, MEXICAN, SOUTHERN-Chicken Fried Steak!, BBQ-Oklahoma/Texas style, ORIENTAL cuisine. I love a medium spice added that briefly "burns the tongue", yet is flavorful! The way to my heart is truly "through my stomach"!!

The six things I could never do without

Other can't do withouts: My inquisitive nature, chocolate (especially DARK chocolate), LOVE, and the 3 basics: food, water, and shelter. Did I mention outrageous SEX?!!

I spend a lot of time thinking about

whether I have used my years wisely, and if there could be something fantastically different for me in the future... And I suspect that that "something fantastic" could be a "significant other"!! Might that be you?...

On a typical Friday night I am
