My self-summary
I love food. I love music. I love living in San Francisco and try and take advantage of the great dining options (brunch is probably my favorite meal ever) and live music scene, whether it's at the Greek Theater, the Fillmore or Great American Music Hall. If you love going to see shows then we'll get along just great.

Just back from a whirlwind weekend trip to Portland where I ate and drank my face off. I can't wait to go back (and hopefully find my face)

I love movies and have no problem going by myself. Plus that way I don't need to share my popcorn and Cherry Coke.

I'm looking for someone to travel with, someone to go wine tasting with, someone to stay home and watch Orphan Black with. As cheesy as it sounds, I'm looking for my better half.

I am funny, nice, and punctual
What I’m doing with my life
I work as a video editor at a local tv station. I love having a creative job that also gets me off the clock at 5pm!

I'm also a bit of a 'foodie' (God I hate that term) and am usually up on all the new restaurants and bars in the city. Some of my new favorite restaurants include State Bird Provisions, Rich Table, Stones Throw, and Frances...favorite bars include 15 Romolo, the Buccaneer, Hi Lo Club, ABV and pretty much anywhere else with cool bartenders and a stool.
I’m really good at
Eating, drinking and wearing nice shoes...NOT filling out profiles. I'm also a bad liar (this is a good thing, right?) and call when I say I'm going to call.
The first things people usually notice about me
My blue eyes or my smile. I've also been told that I look 10 years younger than I actually am - yay, great genes!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
David Sedaris, Chuck Klosterman, Nick Hornby, Michael Lewis, Earnest Hemingway, John Steinbeck. My favorite book ever is either The Stranger or To Kill a Mockingbird. I read both the "Dragon Tattoo" trilogy and "Hunger Games" trilogy in record time. And while it's not really a book, I'm obsessed with Lucky Peach magazine.

The Big Lebowski, Once, Anchorman, Almost Famous, 500 Days of Summer, Lord of the Rings trilogy, 50/50, anything John Hughes, Run Lola Run, Amelie, and the movie that started my obsession with film, Star Wars!

I own a tv and am not afraid to use it. Sorry! But hey, my DVR makes my tv watching way more productive. Current favs are the Americans, Broad City, Better Call Saul.

I've been buying some of my favorite albums on vinyl as I love the bigger canvas for the artwork and the sound of records.

Some of my favorite bands:

Ryan Adams, Of Monsters and Men, The Head and the Heart, The National, CHVRCHES, M83, Phoenix, Radiohead, Lord Huron, Florence + the Machine, Saint Etienne, Local Natives, Spoon, Stars, Arcade Fire, Crowded House, Sufjan Stevens, Depeche Mode, the Naked and Famous, Travis, Portishead, the Beatles, to name a few...ok, that's more than a few but I told you up front that I'm a music nut!

Food: a nice steak, sushi, pizza, a great burger (ask me for my burger list) red wine. I also make a mean fish taco.

My new favorite pizza place in the city is Pizzahacker though Pizzeria Delfina will always be #1.
The six things I could never do without
My fantastic family and friends
Red wine (preferably something picked up wine tasting in Healdsburg)
My turntable and record collection
Berlin Style Ping Pong (seriously, so much fun)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What I really want to be when I grow up.
On a typical Friday night I am
Either hitting happy hour after work, going to a movie with friends, at home with a great meal, bottle of red and a dvd or going to a concert. Orange Friday at AT&T Park? Yes, please.

I guess there is no such thing as a typical Friday night for me!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have a slight man crush on Anthony Bourdain.
You should message me if
You don't mind laughing so hard wine squirts out your nose. Or your idea of a perfect evening is sipping Manhattans while listening to the National on vinyl.
