My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Smart is sexy, tell me the smartest, geekiest thing you've ever done that you're willing to admit.

I play video games and like to go fishing.
I dislike watching sports, and don't understand people who do.
I have two grown children and do not want more. I am creative and while I'm not a musician, I usually end up surrounded by them.

Most of my friends are guys, I generally don't get along with other women, lets face it... chicks are bitches. I don't think spending a day at the mall is what you would call "fun".

I tried a Mr Right Now... I'm really hoping there is a Mr. Right somewhere out there. I don't mean marriage, I mean compatible enough to get along.

I have a good deal of dry humor. I also laugh at toilet jokes. George Takei usually has a lot of funny shit on his facebook.

I'd also like to meet others that enjoy fishing, and want a fishing buddy. Whovians, Browncoats, Supernatural fans, or any other geekdom, especially tabletop gamers.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I graduated from Bellevue College with an AA in Graphic Design. I'm an artist, but I'm not a pretentious art snob. If you think I'm being snobbish... its sarcasm. (I like French impressionists, my favorite painter is Van Gogh.)

I'm currently on assignment at Wizards of the Coast, and have my own business doing face and body art. Yes, that means if I ask to paint you naked...you ARE the canvas.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Sarcasm, knitting, and rocket science.

Ok, the rocket science was me being sarcastic.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm happy, in an infectious kind of way, and terminally goofy. This doesn't mean I'm one of those bubbly assholes that doesn't know when it is appropriate to be sad or subdued, however a bad mood that lasts too long is going to end up with me telling you to look on the bright side. "It could be worse, you could be stabbed."

I indulge myself with young adult fantasy, it is usually on the tamer side of love stories... and I can't stand romance novels unless they are period dramas (Jane Austenesque)
I read 50 shades of gray to see what all the fuss was about, I didn't find it very kinky.

On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Sitting at home, relaxing and watching TV. I sometimes go out to bars with friends but I can't drink like I use to. I enjoy going to conventions (Comic-Con, PAX etc) and short weekend trips to odd local places. I grew up in the Puget Sound, but there is always something interesting to discover here.
