I am a New Yorker who was accidentally born and raised in California. I love the mountains and wilderness, but I belong here. I love theatre, food, wine, music, art and, more importantly, discussing it all.

I am passionate about politics even though it drives me crazy. It can safely be said that I lean to the left. I believe that it is ok to split an infinitive. I am not religious, but am kind of obsessed with religion. I'm pretty sure that reading a Self-Summary on a dating site is the worst possible means of getting to know someone, but it's all we have, so we make due. Idealists are used to being disappointed.
