My Self-Summary

Hi my name is Shannon. I'm the youngest of three girls. Both my sisters are married and have kids. Me, I'm shy and not totally confident. I'm 24 now and I've never had a boyfriend. I have a bunch of great friends that I treat like family, since I can't spend a bunch of time with my own. Ask any of them and they can tell you I'm a nuturer, but I'm also a bit nutty, in a good way. Besides being shy I also have very little time to socialize because I have two jobs to cover my bills.

What I’m doing with my life

My life is devoted to work, friends, and family, in that order. I love my family but they have their life and I have mine. I hope to meet someone I can have a future with. I don't think I'm the casul dater kind of person.

I’m really good at

I'm pretty good at art, but my sister and dad can put me to shame. I'm also a really hard worker, and when I start cleaning I go to the extreme. Also my co-workers and friends say I'm great at back rubs. It actually get's annoying how they're like you should do that for a living. I don't think I could rub strangers' backs.

The first things people usually notice about me

The first thing someone would notice about me is my aura. Either my aura scares people off or lures them in. Depends on my mood that day. A cranky Shannon can scare most anyone off. My roommate says my eyes. I don't see it but a lot of people like how they're really dark blue but around the pupil they're white. Me I wish they were a lighter blue because most people don't even notice.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Favorite book, obsessed, is the twilight saga, then Pride and Prejudice.
Favorite movie obsession yet again the Twilight saga, then Pride and Prejudice, with Kira Knightly.
Music I'm pretty eclectic. I like everything but hillbilly and hard core rap.
Food I like is chicken. I love the chinese resturant near my job.

The six things I could never do without

Number 1 is manga. I love to read my manga. A day without some is a horrible day.
Number 2 is anime. I love to watch it. It matches so well because some of my favorite manga are animes. I however genrally prefer to watch it in it's original japanese.
Number 3 all my Stephanie Meyers books. I not only love the Twilight Saga I love her book the Host as well.
Number 4 is sleep. I don't need much but when I'm laking you can tell. I either get really pissy, or I get a little crazier than normal. I regret a lot of what I say when I'm tired.
Number 5 is my Jeep. Without my Jeep I can't get to work, which means most of the above mentioned items get neglected. Also my Jeep is comfy and I feel safe in it.
Number 6 is my friends. I don't have a lot of friends, and I never had any growing up, so I cherish the ones I've been lucky enough to obtain.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

My obsession as I have mentioned is manga, anime and Twilight. I think about these thing a lot. I also think about how much I'd like to meet someone.

On a typical Friday night I am

Working, sleeping, working again.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I'm a virgin, and I'd like to stay that way til marriage. However I don't think that will last if I get a serious boyfriend.
