I am a native-born Chicagoan who now lives in the great sunny (or is it land whale?) state of Florida. I am your typical gamer (WoW! Don't hate!), reader, relax-o-ation type of guy. I try not to worry about stuff I can't control and just live life day-by-day.

Now that I've settled in my new home, another phase of my life is now complete.

I've been wearing contact lens now for roughly four months and I'm loving it!

People notice that I'm quiet, reserved and shy; but once they get to know me, I'm dependable, loyal, and care deeply about my friends.

I'm a reading fanatic and have recently picked up a Kindle Paperwhite. Oh, that does not bode well for my addiction...

My favorite music genres are Power Metal, and Symphonic Metal, and anything that I can nod my head towards the beat. However, I very much dislike rap and hip-hop. To me that's not music, just some guy rhyming words. :p

Some of my favorite bands are Hammerfall, Sirenia, Blind Guardian, Nocturnal Rites, Avantasia, and Demons & Wizards thanks to Zhimonster for introducing me to it!

I'm not much of a movie watcher but I love anything from Roland Emmerich, and I my current addiction to the new tv series Arrow.

My favorite series is The Dark Tower, from Stephen King, Shannara from Terry Brooks,(currently on Talismans of Shannara) and Monster Hunter International from Larry Correia.

Not a lot of stuff really. I just live as best as I can and not worry about stuff that I can't control.

Most likely relaxing either by reading, watching a movie, or more than likely playing my Xbox 360, or Final Fantasy XIV/World of Warcraft.
