My self-summary
Hey boys.

I'm Alastair. Born and raised in Northern Ireland, transplanted to Toronto with a short stint in South America. I figure it's better to get to know someone in person rather than read their whole biography on the internet - so I think I'll keep it simple.

Ideally looking to meet someone who can be the reason I delete this profile. But in the short term, I'm looking for a guy that will be a team player during trivia nights, among other things.
What I’m doing with my life
Finished school, working full time and trying to adjust to this strange new thing called adulthood.
I’m really good at
Making people laugh. At least I think I am.
The first things people usually notice about me
I really resemble Fido Dido - the dude from 90's 7-Up commercials.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I'm a pretty avid reader of non-fiction, biographies and comics. I also subscribe to way too many magazines, and spend most Saturday mornings laying in bed reading GQ or The New Yorker.

I'm a bit of a movie buff and enjoy horror, comedy and documentary flicks. Try to get down to TIFF every now and again to catch something interesting there.

In terms of TV, love Sons of Anarchy, Battlestar Galactica, The Wire, Parks & Recreation, Walking Dead and almost anything on FX.

Pretty eclectic taste in music from punk to funk and everything in between. My favourite artists right now are Volcano Choir, Arcade Fire, The Civil Wars, Kurt Vile, and The National.

And I love to eat out and cook - a lot. Favourites have to be Korean, Indian, Ethiopian and Mexican food.
The six things I could never do without
1. Friends & family
2. My phone
3. Dim sum
4. Beer
5. Bicycles
6. Books
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What was really going on in Mulholland Drive.
On a typical Friday night I am
Either:

a) Sitting in some restaurant stuffing my face.
b) Hanging with friends in a bar, having beers and catching up.
c) Sitting at home in my underwear playing video games and watching Netflix.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Let's get to know each other a bit first before I reveal my most embarrassing moments to you.
I’m looking for
  • Guys who like guys
  • Ages 18–27
  • Near me
  • For new friends
You should message me if
You're interested in chatting or hanging out. No lofty expectations here.

Smell ya later.
