Ok, so now I'm a formerly displaced Clevelander just arriving back from a spell in the Bronx.

I enjoy traveling & am always planning my next trip. I'm thinking of a trip to Ireland next fall. Anyone want to join me?

After I return from New York, I'll be trying to settle back into life in Cleveland. People talk about the fast pace of New York - but I disagree. I think everyone's always in a hurry because it takes so long to do anything or get anything done!

That I can tend to be quiet and shy when they first meet me.

Favorite books - varied, everything from fiction to educational to the literary classics - right now I'm reading some strange books - have two books on serial killers, one on cadavers and a biography of Mae West. I like to keep things interesting.

Favorite movies - I tend to get interested in an actor or a director & see everything they've done. Right now I'm interested in Gary Oldman & Christian Bale, Gabriel Byrne, Robert Downey, Jr. & Kevin Smith. I enjoyed Zach & Miri make a porno & Batman. Heath Ledger as the Joker was incredible!

Music - I listen to all kinds of music. My nephew set up my IPOD when I moved to New York - it's rather interesting to see what he thinks my taste in music is. I have David Bowie, Iggy Pop, Nick Cave, Rob Zombie, the Sex Pistols, Bob Marley, Bob Dylan & much, much more.....(he even put in a little Prince, Journey & the movie Finding Nemo - he's a great kid!). I've recently been listening to the Dropkick Murphy's and NPR. My favorite music is live - I love going to concerts & small clubs - anywhere with live music.

Food - I'm loving being in a city with so many opportunities to try food from different cultures! I've eaten in tiny little Mexican restaurants & old world Italian, even a wonderful little Korean restaurant. Of course, when family comes to visit, they want to hit places like Bubba Gump's & I want to take them to Katz's or Carnegie Deli!

Well, in New York, I was out walking, exploring the city, seeing new sites & people watching. Looks like we'll have to see what typical is for Cleveland again!

i once woke up bill belichik at 2:30 in the morning before a game & was once showered in exploding horse pieces......luckily, they were two separate episodes.
