My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a professional, college educated divorced father who has a quick wit and a huge heart. I'm in management at a very large international financial services company, and work in the Main Line area just outside of Philadelphia.
I've been a lot of places and sampled life in many strata. I'm equally comfortable staying in or going out until the sun comes up. I don't drink or drug, but don't pass judgment on those who do, and can hang out anywhere.

You wouldn't necessarily know that I'm tattooed if you ran into me in the workplace, but I am full of these types of contradictions.

WARNING: The OKC questions tend to be, in many cases, vague or difficult to answer. There are many that have answers which ALL apply. Wherever possible, I entered explanations to clarify. I guess what I'm saying is: please don't let this get in the way of dialogue. Ok, I'm off my soapbox.

LASTLY: I asked my younger brother to write his take on these sections, so I'll be quoting him at the end of each.

He writes: "Self summary - Tim is a modern day Renaissance man. By that I mean that he paints the ceilings of cathedrals and rides a horse. Seriously though, he's a great father, loyal friend, and a role model to me. He also has an impressive collection of music from the late 80s to today. None of that iTunes stuff either; hard and fast CDs for this guy."
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working. Raising my children. Being a great friend and father and brother.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Listening. Witty repartee. Entendre (double, triple, more). Writing. Swimming. Being a dad. Teaching and coaching. Emotional literacy. Motivating (from 8 rowers to my employees to my children). Compassion and empathy. Lots of things.

My brother writes:
"Things I'm really good at - Tim is a devoted dad, a gifted speaker and talented writer. His ability to correct my grammar and spelling never cease to amaze me, mostly because he never ceases doing it. That's probably on me though..."
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I'm there.

My brother writes:
"The first thing people notice about me - Let's get this out of the way: Tim isn't, nor will he ever be, a tall man. So what? Neither was Napoleon, James Madison, or Yao Ming (you may think Yao is tall, but that's just because he's always standing close to the camera). You might not know this, but Tim has an impressive collection of tattoos, some of them are even on his body!"
