Sometimes we want to believe there's someone hot, and fun, and just simply amazing out there who's dropped on the "single" shelf just in time for us to sweep them up. Life has sucked to the contrary for me so far. But I've chosen not to turn all black & cynical inside, and to still search... the whole point to this exercise :)

I cycle and love to read. I'm a fan of computer games, haven't played in a while. Haven't quit either.

I'll just go ahead and confess here that I've been reading the same book for as long as I can remember. It's a consolation to also mention that it's not the ONLY book I've been reading, but for some reason, this one presents a rare challenge. Steven King's Black House (with Peter Straub) is my current nemesis. I actually like the book, but it has turned from an airplane-flight book, to a sleep book, and now it's my interlude-book at work. I'm determined to win this one. If I can just finish this d*** book, all would be right with the world again.

Of course not, but it's nice to think that :)

Working. Trying not to feel like a hamster on some fancy wheel. It's actually not even a fancy wheel, just a regular wheel, but I digress... Looking forward to doing something with my currently useless degree in Chemistry. Paperweight (too light), stepping stone to a masters...

Movies - Independence Day (Will Smith), Braveheart (Mel Gibson), Saving Private Ryan, Hancock, Maid of Honor, My Girl (It's a Macaulay Culkin oldie where he dies of anaphylactic shock after being stung by a swarm of bees - the most romantic movie I've seen. Hope I spelt his name right)...

Music - Maxwell. John Legend. Maroon 5. Backstreet Boys (I know no one says that anymore, but their last album had some really good stuff) Drake, Linkin Park (where are they anyways?) and anything Kanye West, T-pain/payne and Usher Raymond set their hands on...

Games - all installments of Metal Gear Solid (ignore if not applicable :) ) Smash Court Tennis, Syphon Filter
