The soul is something that cannot be weighed via an internet profile, but i'll try my best to bear mine. I know plenty of you ladies have pretty pictures, and that's all well and good, but at my age, i've transcended beyond the lure of booty pics and duck faced selfies. I've learned from my tenure in dating and life in general that good people are hard to come by, let alone finding a soulmate. I'm a simple man. I simply just desire a woman who is the missing piece to my puzzle; the jelly to my peanut butter, and the rhythm to my song. I look at the majority of these guys and girls in the world today and they are like animals in the wild kingdom. The guys are like peacocks trying to attract a mate (whoever has the brightest feathers wins over the mate): In other words, the guy who flashes the most money and acts the most outlandish usually gets the woman. Sorry to say, but that has never been my thing. I have nothing to prove in that way. I feel no need to show off alot to impress a woman. I don't come to the table with a bunch of corny game lines. I come to the table with respectful compliments and realistic relationship goals set in mind. The era of just trying to get some coochie is so overrated. I could careless about just sex. I am too old to be going on multiple dates just to get some once. I want a woman who is gonna hold me in my hard times, who will be with me and not everybody; a woman who is my world, and clicks with me not on just a physical, but a mental and spiritual level. I know it's a shot in the dark trying to find that on the internet, but I have a bit of faith left. Maybe she's out there somewhere, but I have to be more patient. Btw....If you are of the christian faith, you might wanna stop reading now. I don't believe in Jesus whatsoever, and don't ever plan to.
A few things to know about me: I never in my life leeched off of anyone. I've always provided for myself since I was 17. I never moved in a woman's place and took advantage of her paying all the bills, because I always had my own place. I like to read, play scrabble, go to the beach, and trying to learn the guitar. I don't have any children out of wedlock, because I am choosy when it comes to my seed. I'd rather be with the woman with whom I reproduce with. I am a strong protagonist of common sense, ethics, and proper decorum; meaning I'm not down with rude behavior, ghetto demeanors, and those who lack tact. Aside from that, i'm more than my pictures on here; and thanks to those who took the time out to read my profile description. If you made it this far, then you are already more intelligent than the status quo who only judge guys off of pictures alone. :)
What I’m doing with my life
Just came from doing 8 years as a combat medic in the military. I
am now a civilian and i work as a medic for the VA. I know that job
title doesn't sound all shiny and fancy like a Lawyer or a doctor,
but I like it. Most guys pick certain careers because it will
simply attract women. Not me. I picked the career I have because
"I" enjoy it.
I’m really good at
Helping others,& developing a logical philosophy on reality
The first things people usually notice about me
Well......... from the consensus of what I gathered, I don't get
complimented much, but when I do.....girls usually say something
about my arms, my traps, or oddly how they like my ass (which I
never understood; I mean......why would a girl like a man's ass

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Why are American women so adamant on stating their independence, but when the check comes, they automatically wanna be old fashioned? Why doesn't the groom have his own theme music like the bride? Why does the man spend the majority of the money in relationships, and is forced to change the most in a time where we're supposed to all be equal?
On a typical Friday night I am
at home watching movies or studying.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I cried during that scene in "Cast Away" when Wilson (the
volleyball) floated off into the ocean. And I'm often referred to
by those who know me as "A big teddy bear". Though for some odd
reason, most people who don't know me are scared of me when I
