My self-summary
"He has a type of disheveled grace about him that makes your words come out all wrong when you're around him."

-review of me on Yelp.
What I’m doing with my life
I do research for an institutional investment consulting firm here in Arlington.

I read A LOT of non-fiction (mainly math and economics text books).

I rock climb and boulder every other weekend. On the weekends I'm not doing that you can probably find me playing Wobble at the Bull Run Regional Park Shooting Center.
I’m really good at
Thinking, climbing things, not sleeping, making judgement calls, checking in on Foursquare, finding new restaurants, paying too much money for food at new restaurants, getting lost in IKEA (seriously wtf), buying everyone a round of tequila, snowboarding, making analogies, doing math.
The first things people usually notice about me
I don't take any of their bullshit.

The six things I could never do without
Jeep, gas, road, music, travel buddy, and uncompromising loyalty.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Chaotic dynamical systems, Korean food, probability theory, macroeconomics, Vietnamese food, delicious IPAs, statistics, TED talks, things I find funny that no one else does.
On a typical Friday night I am
Reading, hanging out at my apartment, and listening to good music or catching up to everyone else on House of Cards. Or getting dragged out by my friends to a club in DuPont, which usually means that, unless it's ESL, I'm camped out at the bar crushing whiskey sours all night.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
My "OkCupid Matches" is just one long slideshow of girls flicking off the camera.

Also, I don't really like ketchup.

I own tear free Spider-Sense Spider-Man bubble bath.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 21–35

You should message me if
You're interesting, have travelled a lot, have a GoodReads account, have SnapChat, can tell funny jokes, are a fellow CouchSurfer, willing to go on crazy dates (think rock climbing, skeet shooting, hiking in Shenandoah, snowboarding at Snowshoe, etc), want to practice Mandarin with me, or are generally a not-batshit-crazy type of person, unlike myself.
