My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi! When I was little, I was the kid who was oblivious to my surroundings because my nose was buried in a book or I was taking apart some toy to figure out how it worked. One of the first computer programs I wrote made randomly generated math quizzes which I administered to my brother. I play piano and guitar and I make music on my computer. I'm intensely idealistic and highly intuitive. I have a vivid imagination and unbridled curiosity - I am always in the process of creating or learning about something. I get stupidly sentimental about weird things. I like reading about chess, math, physics, and socialism. I enjoy sci-fi, fantasy, and gaming. I still actively update my CD collection. I like going on photography hikes (I'm into macro and urban alleyways). I do my day-to-day traveling by foot, bicycle, and mass transit and am proud to not own a car. I am an intellectual but not an academic, and I'm a hopeless romantic.

I'm new to this city and looking for people to explore it with. I like talking to people about things they are passionate about. If there's a topic you can geek out on for hours, we'll most likely get along. I interact best with warm, bubbly personalities. Oh, and I don't climb but it's cool if you do (and I can probably be persuaded to try it out).

IMPORTANT: I need to be friends with someone for a pretty long time before I'm interested in pursuing a relationship. I realize that's not everyone's cup of tea, so I'm announcing it here to avoid any confusion/awkwardness. If you are interested in being friends, that's great. And if things develop further from there, that's great too. And if they don't, that is also great. Friends are awesome.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

you want to have a conversation. Or, if you want to: go hiking at one of the parks nearby, check out a museum in the area, go to a show (rock/classical/jazz/anything), cook or bake something new, shoot photos in the city, play racquetball at the gym, play a board game.
