My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm an open-minded, honest, fun-loving, guy who likes nature, sharing a laugh or two, and working with people toward a vision of human togetherness. I like to feel deeply. contemplate fully, and connect on levels that transcend superficiality. I adore intimate human interaction and the feelings it brings.

I am currently single and looking for romantic partnership(s) where the person(s) are not afraid or uncomfortable to love me as passionately as I love them, hold me in a sacred place as I will them, and offer intention and devotion to our relationship regardless of what other relationships we develop along the way.

I am looking for romantic partnership(s) with best friend(s) who are just as passionate about sharing their journey with me and about sharing my journey with them (including fun crazy sex) without possessiveness while still valuing and respecting each others freedom to follow aspects of those journeys alone, have our own identities, and be the charters of our own life courses.

I don't prescribe to the idea that there is only one other on this Earth for each of us. So some might call me open or polyamorous but I would call myself multi-devotional or poly-sexual. I also don't legitimize social age conventions since I have discovered that much of my mentality doesn't fit with those of many from my birth era but at the same time much of the way I see the world is from experience that younger people still have yet to discover. So I am open to dating individuals from a wide range of ages.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
My most recent efforts are music related. I play percussion for two bands and percussion and bass for my own musical project. I also write reviews and contributions related to the local music scene in Tucson for an online site. I also recently started a business to do booking and promotions of music in which projects I am involved and for other musicians, visual artists, and DJs.

I am also sharing my knowledge, beliefs and understandings about the social world at the individual level via web courses, by doing workshops at festivals like Burning Man, tutoring, and through individual counseling.

Some of my other aspect of my life involve Building community, resource sharing and exchanging, and participating in the eight limbs of yoga.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Listening, helping, uplifting, motivating, music, devotion, and intense intellectual conversation. I am sure there are a few other things I didn't mention here but you can ask me about anything when you send me a message. ;)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My youthful and healthy appearance, optimism about my world, and passion for life and the people in it. It actually overwhelms many people, who often describe me as intense when they first meet me.

I worried about it for a while but I have gotten to the point of being comfortable with not being able to or wanting to control what others think or feel about me being me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Ishmael is one of my favorite books because it gives a great explanation of how humanity has caused its own exile from the metaphorical garden of Earth.

My most recent television production favorite is The Newsroom because I believe it really captures the struggle of what people who really want to do the right thing in a corrupt situation go through.

In terms of music I really like jam bands who just groove for hours, especially those that know how to kick some Bluegrass and Funk. My biggest Jam Band influences are The String Cheese Incident and Particle. Lately, I have also really been getting into The Grateful Dead, Leftover Salmon and some older Funk and Jam artist I never knew about like Dr. John.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Air, Water, Food, Shelter, Communication, Nature, Fire, Fun, and giving Love are all necessary for my survival. I know that is nine. I'm a statistician so six is a factor of 3 so I am on par. Ha!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Consciousness, Society, Love, Quantum Physics, Psyche, and Sex (like everyone else but having a Ph.D. gives some more legitimacy too it).
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I am either playing a show with my band, hanging out with my special friends, or dancing, camping, singing karaoke somewhere.

If I am not doing any of these things, I am just hanging out with a bowl of popcorn or a few gluten-free cookies or brownies watching a movie or a TV show (I don't watch TV regularly just shows that I get via download).

My goal is do the latter again with a special love sometime soon. I really like relaxing with partners to balance out my crazy hectic intense life. :)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I really enjoy nakedness, merging spirituality and sexuality, and I have some interesting fetishes that you should feel free to ask me about.
