I'm majoring in Psychology at ASU, and I'm a junior. I grew up in Illinois near St. Louis, but I've lived in AZ for the last five years.

The first things people usually notice about me

My gigantic purse. It's affectionately referred to as my suitcase, but in reality it's more about the size of a messenger bag. I take it everywhere and keep everything in it!

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books: Harry Potter! I'm pretty much obsessed. Other than that I'm drowning in psychology and family and human development textbooks.

Movies: Shaun of the Dead, Mean Girls, Dazed and Confused, Moulin Rouge, Empire Records, The Hangover, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, The Goonies, Fight Club, Shawshank Redemption, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Saved!, Hot Fuzz, Anchorman, Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle, 10 Things I Hate About You, Clueless, and more chick flicks than I care to admit.

Music: Something Corporate, Jack's Mannequin, The Format, Lily Allen, and Motion City Soundtrack.

TV Shows: How I Met Your Mother, Greek, Sex and the City, Arrested Development, The Office, Big Brother, Big Love, Freaks and Geeks, and Roseanne.

The six things I could never do without

Phone, laptop, dvds, diet dr. pepper, ipod, and my giant purse.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Everything. I've had more free time than I would have liked to have had lately, and my mind tends to wander.

On a typical Friday night I am

Hanging out in my apartment or at someone else's place, watching movies or just sitting around talking. I can't handle actually going to a movie theater on a Friday night, too many damn high school and middle school kids.
