My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a 1st generation French/American, built like a lumberjack, who likes good food and good people. My Myers Briggs personality types is INTJ, "The Mastermind", BWAHAHAHA!!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I used to make a punk rock TV show for kids with my friends here in DC, which was a lot of fun, it’s now based out of Los Angeles. I’m a freelance film/video professional, I, also, do web development from time to time. Sometimes I get to work on exciting projects but mostly I have a couple of regular, less exciting gigs that pay the bills. I like to cook and have a small veggie/herb garden on my roof deck. Speaking of the roof deck, I like to grill out/entertain on it.

I recently got a Ukelele, and am having a blast learning to play it. There are so many tutorials on the web, you can find any song you want to learn.

I tried to do P90X (you know, the late night commercials from beach body .com) but it is too intense. I'm taking a break from it right now, instead I’m doing a lot of elliptical at the Y and biking around, my favorite trail to ride is the C & O Canal, which is great. I love seeing all the wildlife, two years ago a small black bear crossed my path.

Other random details: I used to brew beer regularly but haven’t in a while, I hope to start again soon. I've had a few fiction stories rambling around my head for years and I try to set a little time each week to write. I got rid of my car a year ago, now I get around on my bike, car2go and public transit. I'd like to travel more, in and out of the country. My most recently trip was to Qatar this past winter, to visit my dad, he’s curently working there.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Well, I can say that I'm not so good at filling these essay questions out.

I pretty much like anything Neil Gaiman writes. The last book I read was The Magician's land by Lev Grossman. before that, The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Gaiman, The City Under the Skin by Geoff Nicholson. I am about to start reading a book called Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides.

I love sci-fi films, but honestly, I'll watch everything. Musically, I listen to punk, jazz, soul, alt-country, folk and some world.

As for food, I like a lot of different flavors, almost everything prepared well (I rarely say no to sushi, probably my favorite), it's easier to say that I don't love Ethiopian food (sorry, I know most people love it, I just don't get it, I can do it, just prefer not). The Ethiopian restaurant a block down form my place gave me a free dinner the other night, and I might need to adjust my views cause it was a pretty good veggie platter.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
black beans
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
New business ideas and immortality.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At home or having dinner/drinks with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

I like "chick flicks". (I must add that I also like action, thriller, sci-fi, independent, and dramatic films. I wish I had a passion for documentaries, but I tend to avoid them.)
