*I have been MIA recently and am currently playing catch-up! Hope I didn't offend anyone by not responding asap! I'm workin on it!*

I was born and raised on the east coast and moved out to Chicago two years ago.
I'm from an extremely small historical town, but I love living in this big city!
If it wasn't for my last boyfriend, I would have considered myself a lesbian... so I guess I'm bi.
My major in college was Art History minor was Anthropology (Archaeology)= I love Art, History and cultures- modern and especially ancient!
(on a related to my major note) I'm a currently a Customer Service Rep at an awesome booming Chicago-based company. I love helping people, and have a knack for making people feel better and fixing problems.
I'm a trained researcher, so I can be very analytical, but also I was an anthropologist, so I can be a bit of a devils advocate...
Though I am very cheery most of the time- I will cut a b*tch. HA! I have a defensive side that was probably born driving in Boston.
In college, I got the chance to study and volunteer abroad in 10 different countries and was profoundly moved by what I got to be apart of. I'm itching to travel more!

So why am I here? I'm looking for interesting people. I am in a really casual time of my life and am looking for a person -or people- who are looking for the same. I'm not seeking intense love affairs- just someone to date and hang around with... sometimes naked. I also feel like I haven't even scratched the service of this awesome city- so I'm definitely looking for someone that loves to explore!

I kinda recently moved out on my own and so I'm spending a lot of my time decorating or thinking about decorating (ie watching This Old House and building IKEA furniture). Other than that; exploring my new neighborhood, working, and making excuses to frequent the frozen yogurt place a block away form my apartment...

On a related note- I'm trying to get my ass back in shape- kinda got a lil too much jiggle to my wiggle... Been biking and when it's not hot as Satan's balls or cold as a witch's tit- I'm jogging.

Relating and leveling with people, finding issues that need to be fixed, and organizing but also equally; making a mess...

Food: Damn near anything, but New England clam chowder from Boston Chowda and fried clam strips from lil restaurants in Maine put me in a really heavenly mood!

Insulin. I'm a Type 1 Diabetic.

Simplified, functional, cheap interior design. Ladies. Food. What I want to do next with my life. How I can monkey with my insulin pump. Traveling abroad vs traveling home to visit family... I want 2 months of vacation time. Is that too much to ask?

Working until 8 then pretty much being a ham after that, but I do on occasion venture out, but am usually back in by 1am. My weekends are currently Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

When you get to know me you quickly find out I'm an open book and nothing about me is considered sacred!
