My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a grad student studying a bunch of dead french guys and queer theory, which shockingly has a lot of overlap. I work in education and talk to teens about gender and stereotyping and power.

I read a lot. Like all the time. Fantasy, social theory, philosophy, comics, I'm even learning to have feelings about poetry. I have this fantasy that if I try hard enough I can read everything in the world.

I like to paint and write and do home-improvement projects and argue about whether or not a Mars space colony would re-create the same social injustices in place on Earth and cook and bake and all that other gross domestic nonsense. But if I'm being honest I don't get to do any of these things lately because I am too busy with my degree. Maybe the next time I update this profile in a few months I can take out the previous sentence.

I'm trans and poly and queer and have strong feelings about feminism.
