I'm currently working on a Masters Degree in Informatics at the Nicolaus Copernicus University.

I'm a fervid reader, so I have many books I like. My all time favourites are probably A Wizard of Earthsea by Ursula Le Guin, Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien and Hyperion by Dan Simmons. Other authors I like are (to name a few) Neil Gaiman, Haruki Murakami, Sergey Lukyanenko, Orson Scott Card and Andrzej Sapkowski.

My favourite movie is Toki o Kakeru Shōjo (The Girl Who Leapt Through Time). I like the animation in it and the story is really good.

My favourite TV shows are Fringe, Battlestar Galactica, Dexter and Stargate SG-1. I'm also a big fan of Japanese animation and my favourite shows in that category include Furi Kuri, Ghost in the Shell SAC, Full Metal Alchemist and Bakemonogatari.

I don't really have any favourite food, although I have a strong preference for rice over potatoes.
