new friend; put on some music, pour a glass of wine, submerge into
the silky bubbles and let the cares of the week melt away. Try not
to think of all the things that went wrong or what you need to do
tomorrow, just savor the sensations of floating in the warmth and
let your mind roam. Listen-what sounds do you hear; Inhale-what can
you smell; Look-what do you've never seen before; Feel-where do you
feel pressure, warmth, a floating sensation; Taste the skin, a
glass of red wine, with the lady of the night.
