Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm originally from Chicago and would love to meet someone who
shares my Midwest values and interests! I'm on this site for the
same reasons as most - I'm just busy with work and enjoying life in
general, and when I do go out, I'm typically focused on who I'm
with, not scoping out the room looking for who to meet. Plus, I
know a ton of couples who have met online.
With this being said, I'm going to be forthright about what I'm
looking for and who I am:
A man who is also looking for a real, honest relationship.
A man who is successful in his own right.
A man who is secure enough in himself to handle my
A man who will treat me with respect, kindness and
A man who enjoys the company of others and treats others with
respect and dignity
A fun-loving partner who can handle a competitive game of cards or
a board game.
A man of substance, character, and confidence.
A man who knows what he wants and isn't afraid to go for it.
Someone who takes care of himself, but doesn't go overboard with
A man who has a zest for life and a yearning to travel.
And he'll be handsome in my eyes, and financially and emotionally
WHO I AM:
A lover of dogs (I have 2).
A terrible flirt.
A pretty good cook.
Fairly athletic (love volleyball, working out and adventure
Successful enough to not have to rely on anyone to support me,
although I do appreciate well-intended chivalry.
I love adventure - anything that gets the heart pumping or mind
I tell it like it is - honesty is the best policy as far as I'm
Down to earth, good-natured, and sociable.
I do look and act younger than my age and I've been told I look
better in person (which I don't deny). I'm not looking to have kids
of my own, but am completely open to you having kids.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
When I'm not helping companies create a healthier bunch of
employees, I'm trying to get my puppies to realize I'm in charge...
they look at me like I'm crazy.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Not sweating the small stuff. Being ME. Planning events and finding
fun things to do. Cooking. Being active and healthy. Taking care of
myself and giving to others. Staying on top of world events and
actually having my own opinion. Being a really cool aunt to my

My smile because I'm generally in a good mood - who couldn't with

Into James Patterson, Michael Connelly, and John Grisham books; all
kinds of movies, except period pieces (I mean how many of those can
Kiera Knightly be in anyway?); the only type of music I don't like
is hard core rap; and I'm just not into Thai or Indian food, but
all else is 'on the table' (ha, ha, pun intended!)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Jeans, my two dogs, my family, having a sense of wanderlust, and my
Smartphone because it holds my life together!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How to get the most done in the most efficient way possible...
yeah, I'm a freak like that. Don't hold it against me :)
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Chillin' on the couch with my pups catching up on my DVR'd shows
from the week... who's with me? Come on, you know your brain is
fried on Friday nights too! And besides, do we really HAVE to have
plans both nights of the weekend?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Guess you'll have to ask me in person if it's really that important
for you to find out :)

You like my sense of humor, think I'm pretty good to look at, and
ONLY if you're serious about meeting and dating someone.
But please, don't send me a one word email or "hello" - if you're
interested, take the time to point out what it is about me that you
want to know more about and why I should be interested in
responding to you.
