OH MY LORD. I have been a cupid member for a few months now but have never been on the forums until tonight. I am so thankful that i checked them out because I was witness to some of the CRAZIES coming out of the wood work. The bible wielders were whacking every head in sight and the liberals were pull their hearts out with as much hate and ignorance they could muster.  Of course I am talking about an abortion thread.  Now don't get me wrong, some of the people had some interesting points and some well thought out ideas and responses however, there was more bickering, insults, trolling and deaf ears than I have yet to see AND I PLAY HALO!  Although throughout my journey through this thread I was in hysterics and had to go out and get clean undies I was shocked at the quality of the community.  The bickering and fights got so bad that they were moved to several other threads that were created to continue the fighting and for a change of topic to dispute about.  Now as I mentioned above I am no stranger to online communities; I have played halo, MMOs including Star Wars Galaxies.....PRE-CU (for those of you who) and been an avid adventurer in the way of the insulting and bitter but I never expected to see it on a dating site.  So I suppose after my rant of excessive ignorance on my part and theirs, is the OK cupid typically like this? Has anyone had a similar experience? or even a contrasting experience of an exchange of different ideals with an overlaying tone of understanding or acceptance?  please if anyone has something they want to say or contribute, do so; I am very interested to hear what others have experienced on this site I had previously found very civil.
