My self-summary
the glass is always half-full.
What I’m doing with my life
After three years of studying public administration I was lucky and brave enough to begin a second study, that really interests me - urban planning and historical urban studies. At the moment I have to side jobs in that topic, too. Can one ask for more?
I’m really good at
surprising my friends, inventing suitable gifts, to be modest.
The first things people usually notice about me
that I’m sometimes perfectionist and very specific. From time to time my green eyes catch some attention as well. And some people ask whether my first name is a nickname or an abbreviation. No, it isn’t :)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Unfortunately I don’t read that much lately. Crap! I used to read a lot in school. I highly recommend: The Giver (Lois Lowry), Der Vorleser (Bernhard Schlink), Medea: Stimmen (Christa Wolf), Das Parfum (Patrick Süsskind).

I love Steven Spielberg and his movies, although one has to be in the right mood for the extra portion of Kitsch. But it’s a warm-hearted Kitsch, no trash ;) The last film I really enjoyed was 360 (Fernando Meirelles). Made me leave the cinema smiling. Priceless!

Norah Jones, John Williams, Thomas Newman and Elliot Goldenthal are my personal music heroes. In general, I like Jazz and classical orchestral music of the 20th century. As for popular music, I’m happy with the 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s. I also like some songs after that period, but my taste seems to be very selective, if not eclectic: Material Girl feat. Purple haze feat. Bohemian Rhapsody…. :-P

I just watched two TV shows. The Nanny (yeah, very gay, I know) and Malcolm in the middle. A great universe to escape to and feel good :)
The six things I could never do without
This question should be answered spontaneously. Failed! Every list I can think of seems to be incomplete and unjustified…
I spend a lot of time thinking about
mistakes I did and mistakes I could do… And that almost every decision I made turned out to be perfect for me. Almost every.
On a typical Friday night I am
meeting friends from my hometown, cinema, attending a private party, cooking with friends, watching DVDs.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I usually get sick in every bus and car.
You should message me if
you didn't stop reading before ;)
