That is my life put into few words... If you think that that is an interesting headline, please continue...
My name is Enrique. I am from Venezuela. I am vegan.... I do a lot of running and cycling. Actually, Ultra Marathons. I work for an international organization as a Human Resources consultant. I hold a BS in Electronic Engineering and a MS in Public Administration... I've been in the US for about two years now, and 10 months in DC. I came here in 2011 as a Fulbright scholar to complete my master's degree in Maxwell School (Syracuse University)... and then got a great job. So, life is wonderful!!
My day usually starts at 4 to 4.30 a.m., run, work, gym, sleep... Anything from 8 to 12 miles a day, increasing up to accomplish the goal of 100+ miles per week by the end of Q3 2014.
I am in love with this Planet... Earth! It is so wonderful. I respect it and care of it more than many other things that seem natural to modern human life... Having said that, I live my life in connection to the wholeness, understanding that what I do has an impact on other people and/or the planet. I enjoy every second of life and I have fun waking up every morning, realizing that I have another day to enjoy and fully live my life... That's my own way of gratitude towards life, God and everything else! :) Isn't it great to be alive?
"Leave it to me as I find a way to be
Consider me a satellite forever orbiting
I know all the rules but the rules did not know me..."
