Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My name is Vernon. I am an alumnus of Norwich University Corps of
Cadets Class of 2013. Recently, I moved to the area for work and I
enjoy it so far.

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
As I stated earlier, I moved to the area for work. I love the area,
but only know people in the area due to work. However, I work for
the city. Though it has only been four months working for them, I
know public service is my calling. Simply, what I am doing with my
life is to better my community and aid others in the community as
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Paying bills. I wish it was more exciting than it sounds, but it is
what it is. I like going to the shooting range time to time. I used
to shoot rifle competitively in high school. I also love talking
about sports. I watch football and hockey religiously. The Denver
Broncos and Los Angeles Kings are my favorite teams. San Jose
Sharks and Oakland Raiders fans need not apply. ;)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've been told by many that my eyes and smile are the first thing
people notice. Old coworkers said it was what let them know I was
someone they could trust and talk to whenever they had any issues
going on. Many of them still keep in touch for those reasons.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I like reading nonfiction books on history and stories of those who
have served. They always catch my attention.
I am a fan of most music and movie genres. I will give anything a
chance. You'll often see me jamming in the car and singing all of
the time. Windows up though. I do not want to damage people's
I do not watch much television, since my roommate has the basic
cable of basic cable. So if anything, there is a lot of family feud
In regards to food, I do not have a particular favorite. I am
pretty much down for anything.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Other than food and water somethings I cannot do with out

4. My dog, Zoe
5. A good book
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I used to send a lot of time thinking about when I would get
employed in my field of study. Now, I spend a lot of time wondering
when I'll get out and meet people in the area. Possibly even
starting a relationship with someone.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I work Monday to Friday, so I do have Friday evenings open.
Recently, I've been hanging out with the guys from work. Whether it
be going out for dinner, getting drinks, and getting everyone
together for a movie night as an academy class. I do want to get
out and familiarize myself with the area more. If I'm not doing any
of the above, I am probably back at my parent's house in Richmond
or spending time with friends I left in Richmond.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

That I am on here. I guess you can say I got tired of the games a
long time ago. I figured I would give OKC a chance.
