I'm pretty easy going, moderately active and outdoorsy. I've logged plenty of trail time, on and off the island and in the CRD. And I spend more and more time literally running in circles. But I also balance out all this being healthy with too much coffee, food, and pop culture references.

Looking for? Open, witty, independent, strong, goofy, and brilliantly awesome are all mighty fine adjectives. If there is something out there, whether social justice or u-bends, that makes you totally nerd out, that's a plus. If you think nerding out is a minus, that's a minus. A double minus... so it's actually a plus... wait, no, hold on...

But seriously, I'm pretty content with the way things are going these days, and I'm just looking to see if I can meet someone new with different perspectives who is also pretty damn content. If something comes of this, cool, if not, that's cool too.

I just recently restarted at UVIC, you know, the whole constantly improving oneself thing. Between classes and work life is pretty busy, in a good way.

I'm surprisingly good at accumulating pocket change even though I rarely use cash. Problem solving. Coming up with boring answers to online questionnaires.

Books -- I like Cormac McCarthy despite being dark and not using quotation marks.
Movies -- I enjoy a wide range of movies from the comic book action movies like The Avengers to slow paced foreign movies like The Lives of Others.
Shows -- TV shows? I really liked Treme, and other shows like Mad Men, Breaking Bad, and Community.
Music -- Everything from auto-tuned Kanye to post-punk rock like Sleater Kinney to super-repetitive dance music like LCD Soundsystem to acoustic country like William Elliott Whitmore.
Food -- I eat it all!

This question is so dramatic, so I'm going to treat it as six things that are super awesome.

and ... let's say... being privileged enough to include coffee in a list of things I could never do without.

It really depends. Sometimes I enjoy taking friday night to decompress from the week, have some good food and relax. Other times I'll meet some friends at a pub. I have never been a club-type-person, but once in a blue moon I've been known to pop and lock like a champ.

Bright sunlight makes me sneeze.
I can tell the difference between butter and I-can't-believe-it's-not-butter.
