My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
"No matter what you say, I'm not going to move."

This was the stubborn refusal to scoot over for my brother and sit in the middle seat of our slate gray '91 Camry. It took him and the rest of my family by surprise, and I happily sat in the window seat.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Hopping in a white, wifi-enabled bus headed south. Or at least that's my weekday morning routine. Outside of that, I'm learning how to cure meats (homemade bacon makes me look like this) and make liqueurs and bitters (currently in the process of making frangelico and kaffir lime bittes). I also recently moved down to the Mission from the Marina, and am enjoying the new found warmth and lazing in the park that's so common down here.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
MacGyvering my way to good food. In college, one of my residence halls didn't have a kitchen. An induction stove + water bath + vacuum sealer and a box fan for an exhaust formed the base of my guideline-violating in-dorm kitchen for the year :)

Snap chatting photos with silly, inappropriate drawings and falling asleep with my laptop open and a friend from halfway across the world left hanging on Skype.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Duck fat, how people learn, and what to drink.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Great nights start out with big meals and (no such thing as) too many bottles of wine, and it helps that I really enjoy cooking for friends. An incredible night might end at El Farolito for a super suiza.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I once starred in a YouTube video for my company. It's easily their most disliked video published.

edit: second most disliked.
