My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I enjoy the quiet moments in life when time seems to stand still. I'm a man of my word. Whatever your favorite meal is, I can cook it and it will taste bonkers-delicious. I'm a contrarian and by nature open-minded, hopefully you are too.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a line cook at one of the premiere golf courses in Washington . I might take up kayaking; What do you think, should I do it? Any compelling reasons I should start, or horror stories why I should avoid it? I like to do nice things for others like donating blood, pro bono wedding catering, or just talking to people who look like they have something on their mind. I would really like to travel more, but work keeps me forever in Seattle.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm pretty good at baking but I only do it for special occasions/people. I have three sisters so I'm seriously super good at listening. I'll take you to the derby and I'll teach you to dance: that's my guarantee.
The first things people usually notice about me

I'm tall, I smile a lot. Someone once described my eyes as "soft, like an animal," which I think was meant as a compliment.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: The Dog Fighter, Game of Thrones series, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, Animalia, The House at Pooh Corner, American Gods, etc.

Movies: Seven Samurai, The Fox and the Hound, Full Metal Jacket, Reservoir Dogs, The Boondock Saints, Lawrence of Arabia, Cool Hand Luke, Star Wars 4 5 6.

T.V: Archer, Arrested Development, Better off Ted, Firefly, Dexter, Glades, Weeds, Dr. Who, Breaking Bad.

Music: I don't like "everything" but it's easier to name the things I don't like, which are: modern country, smooth jazz, German trance music from the 90's.

Food: I get asked this all the time (occupational hazard), but it's still tough for me to answer because I honestly don't know. I do know that I love pork (should be it's own food group, sadly, is not) because it has a flavor all its own that's subtle and commanding.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Besides family and friends? Books, my chef's knife, good food, good drink
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Elephants are the only mammal that can't jump, which begs the question: What does a jumping giraffe look like? Admittedly, I should to spend my spare time more wisely.

Also where does the red brick road go?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It's hard for me to write online dating profiles.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You have questions, comments, concerns--okay, hopefully not concerns. If you want to know how I rectify loving both Full Metal Jacket and The House at Pooh Corner. I'm willing to talk about anything, and I like meeting new people.
