You can usually find me running around playing sports and taking my husky for a hike or going for bike rides with friends. Volunteering with groups like the Colorado Renewable Energy Society, or the Sierra Club, and figuring out how to save the world, and enjoy it at the same time. I have a sarcastic sense of humor and find joy in the small things in life.
What I’m doing with my life
Started a solo practice and do a lot of public utilities law and actually using my law degree for the energy/environmental work I went into law school for, but I do other law and a fair amount of document review too.
Still volunteering, but on a more manageable level now. Love to work with groups that have a similar interest in getting away from fossil fuels and living more sustainably.
I’m really good at
Soccer, fixing anything-especially computers, and owning a friendly, cute, and stinky dog.
The first things people usually notice about me
I tend to talk a lot and blue-green eyes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I've liked a lot of books. Where the Red Fern Grows is a classic; I
like all Vonnegut; too many to keep going. Same with movies, but
just to name a few, Donnie Darko, Spaceballs, Shawshank Redemption,
I like most all music but prefer alternative (Green Day, Offspring,
Red Hot Chili Peppers, etc); and I'm learning to not hate
I like ice cream and pizza, and everything else.
The six things I could never do without
Haydn (my dog)
Peanut Butter and Nutella
Friends and family
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Where should I take my dog walking/hiking today? Or, how do I save the world from itself, and does it need saving, and what can I do about it if it does?
I try not to think. It gets me into trouble.
On a typical Friday night I am
At a friends house playing cards, out and about, watching something, sleeping, working.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I occasionaly walk around the house naked.
You should message me if
if you love hiking and being outdoors!
