(I'll rename this box into: "What I am looking for in a partner")

... I am looking for someone who shares similar qualities with me:
Someone who is passionate, driven and confident. Kind at heart, genuine and honest, most of all. Someone who is laid back and down to earth. Optimistic and independent.
It is usually a combination of any of these or more great qualities that would make someone "click". Everything else is purely up to chance and chemistry.

A great sense of humor is a must! (of course).

Why don't we speak and get to know each other. I'd love to tell you.

Books: Recently read Anthony Bourdain's 2nd book- "Medium Raw". A book on - Medicinal Mushrooms. Also "Guns, Germs & Steel", a great book on the development and rise of certain cultures. As far as real favorite works - that's a tough one to answer really.

TV: Anything Travel Channel, Food Network, History channel, BBC, Discovery or Nat Geo. Sports - Formula 1, Tennis and Soccer primarily.
Oh, and "Hardcore Pawn" is pretty captivating as well!

Music: Really a hard one because I am a musician by background. I like a variety of styles, from classical to jazz to rock (and had to perform them all as well! Although in the looong past). It really doesn't matter what type of music or the artist, as long as it's done well. Quality and originality above all.

I love food and cultures and exploring more... Primarily due to my eclectic upbringing mixed with inquisitive nature and having lived in many different places. Sushi, Korean, Vietnamese and Mexican are some of my favorite. I've lived in Rome, San Francisco, Boston, London and Moscow in the past. In addition, I've traveled quite a lot around the world for work in the past 9 years. I was fortunate enough to have visited some amazing places.
If we connect, perhaps we can share our favorite stories of travel together?

I've been a New Yorker for 10 years now. Truly an amazing place, and I can't imagine being anywhere else right now.

My future, my goals, what to eat next.

Working or at home reading, catching up on missed television. If I am out - seeing a live jazz performance (or any performing arts for that matter). An alternative to that would be - out with friends, quiet night, perhaps a drink or two.

Well maybe not so "private", but a bit peculiar.
I don't like Vodka and I don't like Tea. And I am originally from a land where both beverages are pretty much considered national treasures.
