My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Howdy!

I'm a California re-transplant that grew up in Florida; back in Gainesville for a long weekend.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
A few months ago I got a Reese's Mini with three of the frilly papers surrounding the peanut butter cup, so I've got that going for me.

I'm a Quality Assurance Engineer at a P2P technology company. It's the best gig I've ever had. I go to work and have fun.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Above average pinball player in respect to the general population; mediocre in comparison to most folk in the SF league.

I'm pretty damn good at enjoying my time and getting into good situations. Before I got to San Francisco I had good bender in NYC for a week:
• I bought a plane ticket to NYC mostly to see Upstream Color. I saw it three times at the IFC center with Q&A sessions with Shane Carruth.
• Irrationally I went with a random person I met in Times Square down a shifty alley to smoke. We kept walking west until we hit a fence blocking a dock. We hopped the fence and enjoyed looking up to the Space Shuttle sitting on top of the Enterprise at 4AM.
• While on this vacation, through a friend of a friend of a friend, I landed a guest lecture gig one afternoon at Pace University for a graduate class on Quality Assurance.
• I wound up in the VIP section of a bar with people that were seriously considering buying 100k worth of Bitcoin. Good thing they didn't, because this was the night of the crash from $260. Or good thing if they had, they could've quadrupled that later.

My hair is fan-fucking-tastic.
If they know me: that it's shorter than it has been these days.

If I was stuck on a desert island with nothing but Radiohead and Pink Floyd to listen to I'd be as happy as a clam. Add to the list Kimbra, Cake, Gorillaz, The Beatles, Flobots, Bonobo, Zeppelin, The Talking Heads, Psyche Origami, Lily Allen, Reel Big Fish, The Broken Bells, Nirvana, The Doors, The Who, and Jimi Hendrix. I've realized that I don't really read these anymore because most often they're just a dumb list like mine. Really, unless you're terribly interested, you'll just read the top, maybe the bottom, and skim the pics. Somebody could probably slip something in here and it'd go completely unnoticed by the skimmers, just by making the last few sentences legit. Amy Winehouse has been tickling my fancy lately. I completely missed that fan train. David Bowie too. I really had never listened to him up until a few months ago. I was missing out. Lucius. Mac DeMarco.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Camping Equipment.
Motorcycle.
Gasoline.
Toolbox.
Rations.
Maps.

If I had unlimited time and money I'd be doing all the iron butt rides.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Beers, pinballs, and friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I was on a first name basis at my local Taco Bell / KFC.

The first few months I lived here I didn't have a job - and so $2 and change chicken burrito meal deals kept my burn rate low.
