I'm a full time student that is looking for someone between the ages of 30-40 for friendship and potentially a long term relationship. I am looking for a woman who is attentive, nice, family-oriented, and likes helping others.

I love camping in any form (RV, hike/camp, fish/camp, hunt/camp, you get the picture). I love the forest and would spend all my time there if I weren't going to school full time. I love to sight-see and would enjoy visiting nearly any country.

I just finished my English Degree, and I'm currently looking for a job teaching English overseas. I hope to spend a few years overseas learning another language and culture while pursuing my master's degree online in TESOL instruction.

I have completed a novel that is currently unpublished. I'm working on my second novel. They both fall into the category of science fiction comedy. They are similar to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I plan on writing a six book series with the hope of getting them published some day.

The moment I think I'm good at something, someone seems to come along and prove me wrong. If I had to pick something it would be creative pursuits though.

I can't say for sure. Perhaps I should take a survey and find out.

If I had to name my favorite book it would be The Count of Monte Cristo. Other books and authors I enjoyed include: Scaramouche, the Jim Butcher Series, Daniel Silva, The Pendergast novels, Milan Kundera, Stephen King, anything by Edgar Allen Poe, Anthony Burgess, and Carter Brown.

My favorite movie is a toss up between the Razor's Edge with Bill Murray and the Painted Veil (both of which are based upon books written by Somerset Maugham). Other movies I like include: Alex and Emma, Notting Hill, The Matrix (just the first one), Pink Floyd the Wall, Batman Begins, Dark Knight, 28 Days, Any of the Resident Evil films, The Unforgiven, Blade Runner, Something About Mary, The Deer Hunter. There are too many to list.

My favorite food is barbecue ribs, sweet corn bread, Swiss macaroni and cheese, Italian food, and Mexican food.

Music is a tough one because I am all over the map. I love country music both classic and new. I consider myself a country boy at heart, although I live in the city. I also enjoy punk music, some pop, some metal, and some alternative. Some of the bands I like include, Don Williams, PIL, The Church, The Bauhaus, Wreckless Eric, Pink Floyd, and No Doubt.

The thing I could not do without would be movies and books. Life would be awfully boring without entertainment. And my family of course. I wouldn't trust someone who could do without their family.

I think about literature quite a bit. As an English major, it's pretty much what I do.

I love Fridays because all the new movies come out. I often go out to eat on Fridays with family and then catch a movie.

I have strong opinions about nearly everything. It leads to occasional debates and disagreements.

I think it would be easier to tell you who shouldn't message me. If you are vain and think I'm out of your league than don't bother. I just want what anyone wants, someone who will enjoy my company and want to be with me.
