What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Moving to a new home has been quite an living close to Dartmouth and the Connecticut River Valley. Nice to have running water, grid electric, a paved road, and better space for my garden. It may sound crazy, but I will be taking my "imported" compost along with me. Planning has begun for a 2014 return trip to Norway. Fall learning plumbing, roofing, and other moving related skills. I just might have gone over my head here with the repairs needed...and handy folks who would like to visit the north country are welcome. Shower is "installed" and the spare room is furnished.
I’m really good at

Foods??? I love to cook and create interesting dishes from random ingredients. Not a fan of very spicy foods like some Indian, but willing to experiment. Am much more interested in organic gardening and non-industrial foods than I was a year ago.

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How to improve my life and be more social. Also how to improve my health and take better care of myself. After reading two books by Michael Pollan (The Omnivore's Dilemma and In Defense of Food) I am trying to purge the junk from my diet and enjoy real food (see above book for the definition of real food - you will probably be surprised).

You want a giving friend and enjoy good chat. Age doesn't matter, literacy generally does. Sorry if my occasional random comments on profiles I find interesting and well written freak people out, but I am moved to write and I mean nothing sinister by them.
