Student. Currently residing at University of Warwick during termtime, and looking forward to slumming it in Leam next year. Live in Chorley, near Preston, Lancs in the holidays. Great fan of life in general, and love doing pretty much anything, especially outdoor stuff (not very good at it though) mad travel!! Never gap yeared, but really wanted to - travelled extensively in Europe over the summer and plan to again this summer too - if anyone wants to tag along, that would be most cool! Currently studying engineering at Warwick Uni (bizarrely in Coventry and Leamington Spa!), but find it a snooze. No idea what I want from lifein general, but I hope it involves a lot of travel and helping people - currently want to do charity work (possibly engineering based) in Africa, Asia or South America. Not really a long term plan, but the future is so far off and scary...

Uhm. Nothing I truly excel at (except procrastinating - this is instead of an essay ;)), but I have been commended for my ability to know anything about anything. A great all rounder, but I particularly enjoy (not the same as good at...) is reading, writing and painting, as well as just hanging out/doing pretty much anything.

How are you supposed to answer this box, without sounding conceited?

A) LOTR (standard student text), Robyn Hobb, Terry Pratchett, Dan Abnett, Lord of the Flies, To Kill a Mockingbird, Feakonomics (this book changed my life ;), and anything else really!

B) Where do I start. I particularly enjoy action/comedy/sci-fi/fantasy, but as this covers most genres, its easier to leave out what I don't like! Which isn't much, but the really trashy chickflicks (read: awful) annoy me, but i still tolerate them to an extent...

C) Love all genres. Not too keen on rap and hiphop, but some songs do grow on me. Particularly enjoy rock/european cheesy pop. An eclectic mix, but one I feel works well (and has many crossovers - go Vanilla Ninja!)

D) I probably shoudln't answer this one. I like all food stuffs - probably too much! I am a good cook though, and enjoy making meals for friends, so I probably eat healthier than the average student (as do the sponges who eat my leftovers!)

My laptop, my calculator (try doing engineering without one...lifesaver), my cribnotes (essential at examtimes), my DVDs, my friends and my TV/PS2 (gotta love the multtiplayer games that even staunch anti-gamers sit down and play, and wake up comatose six hours later, after a marathon wipeout session!)

The future. Whether its what for tea, what i'm doing tomorrow (or more likely havn't done for tomorrow) or whats five years down the line. And of course that ever-present-but-ever-going-to-happen world trip!

Watching a film with friends/getting wasted at the Union/some random pub. Not the funnest of locations to be on friday night, but its the company, right?
