I am a driven, creative, pretty mellow, and mostly happy person.
I'm a hard worker, I'm honest, and I like to enjoy life. "Treat
yourself, don't cheat yourself!"
What I’m doing with my life
Pursuing a career in Television production and trying to enjoy,
explore, and enhance every moment.. "trying" is the key word there.
I'm a freelance videographer/editor and I work at a TV station. I
love expressing my creativity and telling stories through the art
of video. I'm really into cinematography and I love big budget
projects where I can effectively and creatively light a
Running and staying in shape is also pretty important to me. I hope
to run a marathon soon. I know what you're thinking: "Yea right!"
Hey, I'm gonna do it!
I’m really good at
Watching "cinematic adventures", making movies, analyzing movies,
coming up with story ideas, playing piano, racquetball, running,
hiking, climbing trees, exploring, driving (there are so many
horrible drivers),.. oh yea.. I used to be considered "the legend"
at beer pong.. probably pretty rusty now though. Also pretty good
at picking myself back up after failing miserably.
The first things people usually notice about me
People point out my positive attitude, even in crazy, stressful
situations. Oh, and the fact that I have two first names.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Anything by Chuck Palahniuk, Joseph Conrad, Theodore
Rozsac.. I like any books/magazines about film making or the study
of film. Anything on philosophy, books on sociology, such as
studies of social deviance... Thought provoking reads that really
interest me... Makes for good discussion with certain people.
Some of my favs include: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind,
Memento, Office Space, Anchorman, Dumb & Dumber, Being John
Malcovich, Black Swan, Slumdog Millionaire, 28 Days Later, etc.,
also American indie stuff.
I love international cinematic styles as well.. like Alfonso Cuaron
(Children of Men), Pedro Almodovar, Kassovitz, or Haneke flicks..
Also Chinese martial arts and melodrama movies.
I also really enjoy a good documentary such as anything on science,
politics (without an agenda), religious, or interesting life
stories. As a potential aspiring documentary shooter, I have the
the utmost respect for the hard work and passion it takes to pull
off a truly great documentary.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
I spend quite a bit of time thinking about who I am and where I'm
going in this ocean of chaos.
I also think a lot about contemporary visual aesthetics, my job,
what to consume next, what kind of dog I'd like to get and when,
story ideas, technology, extra terrestrials, conspiracy theories,
girls, and current events.
I try to think objectively with a positive attitude no matter how
much pessimism may surround me. I hate when people just complain
and moan about things. Quit bitching and use your perfectly capable
self to do something about it!
On a typical Friday night I am
Either working on video projects, hanging out with friends,
watching movies, listening to music, web surfing, reading a book,
or enjoying the nightlife of Nashville, Murfreesboro or Bowling
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have an account on this website.
You should message me if
You're cool and would like to chat.
