My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm an introvert. It means I just need to be alone with my thoughts after a long day. I tend to be too curious, and sometimes ask too many personal questions. I just think that whoever YOU are is probably fascinating and I want to get to know you better. I'm still exploring who I am and what I want- and I doubt I will ever stop. I'm also a language nerd. I speak English (obviously) as well as Spanish, and Portuguese (or portunhol). If you speak Spanish or Portuguese, we could practice together!

I'm a big fan of honesty. I wish I was braver. I like puns.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Grad school at IU! I study Hispanic Linguistics, and I teach.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
People tell me I'm a good listener. I also like to think I'm good at teaching people things. I can be very patient when I have to be.
The first things people usually notice about me

I smile a lot. Sometimes really big, cheesy smiles. I also have pretty eyes, maybe
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I like things that make you think, in all forms. I like sciency shows (like Bones and House), and I used to be really in to reading when I was little, but college kind of stole that passion. Some favorite books as of late: The Hunger Games trilogy, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Cranberry Hush, The Painting of Porcupine City, and Something Like Summer.

Music... It all depends on the day. I listen to Spanish music a lot, and a lot of different stuff depending on my mood. But always Sara Bareilles.

Movies... Super hero movies and movies that make you think. Not necessarily about deep things, but anything.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Friends/Family
2. Good conversation
3. Puns
4. Netflix
5. Technology
6. Purpose

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Interesting things. Who doesn't? And the future. A lot of time thinking about the future.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out with friends, going out occasionally, or bedflix at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm really messy and disorganized. In a shameful way.

You think we'd hit it off. Tell me a joke, ask me about how language works, tell me something interesting. :p but please be willing to hold up your end of the conversation.
