So, I grew up in "upstate" NY, but fell in love with the city as a kid over the course of many visits and escapades. I ended up going to school for music down here and just couldn't see myself returning to slow-paced suburbia... Fast-forward 4 years: I'm still in my first apartment, really dig Astoria, and am carving a fairly interesting existence out for myself (and hopefully those around me). Things are happening.

By night, I play drums and glockenspiel in an instrumental trio alongside an 8-string bass and cello... We play funk, and folk infused Post-Rock, for serious! I also seasonally play drums/percussion in a Hawaiian dance & music ensemble.

By day, I work as a carpenter/electrician and build, install, and tear down sets for a handful of theater/TV companies... It keeps those most necessary mannish skills on point.

Dreams of moving to Iceland to start a dairy farm & custom drum business are currently on hold.

Busking.

Swinging a hammer.
Chugging espresso.
