I have a Biology degree from the University of Louisville, but I am planning on going to grad school for something in the education field. I enjoy working with kids, and have been working for summer camps and environmental ed organizations for the last four years. I love being being outdoors. I am an avid hiker, camper, and hammock napper. I am also a huge nerd. I love video games, comic books, and science fiction. I have a good sense of humor and enjoy going on adventures. I just moved down to Bowling green, so I am looking to meet new people and find cool things to do.

I just spent a semester working for Clemson University this past spring, and have just started grad school at WKU. I am new to BG, and only know a few people so far.

Making people laugh. Building fires. Remembering people's names from a long time ago. There are probably other things too.

Probably my attitude. I am hopelessly optimistic most of the time and rarely unhappy.

Books- Uncountable. I read everything I can get my hands on. Anything by David Sedaris or Bill Bryson. I like scifi. As far as comics go, I read Deadpool, The Walking Dead, and Fables religiously. However, any good graphic novel peaks my interest.

Movies- I love them. I can spend days watching good movie after good movie. O'Brother, Where Art Thou?, Big Fish, Serenity, and Big Nothing are some of my favorites.

Shows- I like and sometimes keep up with Dexter, House, Walking Dead, How I Met Your Mother, and, of course, Firefly. Doctor Who is a guilty pleasure of mine.

Music- I enjoy almost every genre. I am currently on a Folk/Hip hop binge. Go Josh Ritter and Kanye. I have also listening to Tegan and Sarah when the mood suits me.

Food-Yes. I love trying new foods and cooking. I cook almost every meal if I have time, and I love to cook over a grill or open flame. Cooking meals for others is something I greatly enjoy.

Probably working. But I greatly enjoy hosting bonfires, and cookouts. I love sitting around a fire with good friends and good beer.
