I am interested in someone who enjoys being active and loves to have fun. I have a great sense of humor and like to keep busy with my boys and my friends. I enjoy the outdoors...camping, backpacking, fishing, golf and tennis. I also like to go out to any one of the local clubs or friends' houses to enjoy a cold beer or nice glass of wine. I am looking for someone who is interested in a relationship that is full of laughs and fun, respectful, mutual, passionate and "intelligent". I am not looking for any drama. I would like to think that my prospective match has a good head on her shoulders, is confident and is willing to put forth effort into a relationship! I am hoping to find someone who likes to go out and do things..look to enjoy what the world has to offer us, seek to find humor in things and be comfortable in laughing out loud without feeling embarrassed.

I love my work as a school counselor in a middle school setting , spending time with my two boys, and am now trying to get my life back on track with someone to experience and truly enjoy life with.

I love to make people laugh and have a great time. My friends seem to appreciate my humor and always leave in a better mood than when they first came to me. I am also a great listener (It's how I make my living). I love the outdoors...tennis, golf, cycling, camping, hiking, fishing, and just about anything that'll give me an excuse to get out of the house. I am a very good cook and enjoy trying new things and trying to make existing recipes just a little bit better or different. An older hobby of mine that I don't get to do as much as I would like is woodworking. I love taking raw wood and creating a beautiful piece of furniture.

Many people comment on my eyes. They are crystal blue and have always been something I am proud of. People also comment on my humor and demeanor and how willing I am to assist others with their problems.

I love to read a good mystery or military piece. Some of my favorite authors are Dean Koontz, Tom Clancy and Steven King. In regards to movies, I enjoy drama, action and especially comedy. Some of my favorites are Wedding Crashers, Dodgeball, Tears of the Sun, Bourne trilogy, and The Proposal. If going out to a restaurant I cannot say no to Chinese, Japanese, Thai or Mexican. I haven't been too good at replicating them in my own kitchen so it's an easy excuse to eat out at any one of them. I have really gotten hooked in the past five years or so on Sushi...simply irresistible.

My two boys are the most important thing in the world to me. While my marriage turned out to be less than desirable, my boys are something that I am truly thankful for. The outdoors is another important item for me, whether it is being out in the woods, the beach or just playing in the backyard, I have to get out to be happy. I also like a good bottle of wine. I have to thank my ex father-in-law for helping me develop a true appreciation for good wines. My Ipod...I have developed a great library that is quite diverse...from Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli to Linkin Park, Death Cab for Cutie and Coldplay. If something were to happen to it I would be devastated. I need music to help pick me up or just chill!. My saltwater tank is another thing that is very important to me. I have enjoyed fish since I was eight years old and have come a long way since goldfish and guppies. I have a 92 gallon saltwater tank that I have put my heart and soul into and it will go wherever I go...We're a package deal! The last thing that I can think of is Sushi. I have developed an addiction to it in the past five years or so, and need my fix a few times a week.

Why certain people act the way they do. I am always trying to understand what motivates the human soul.

I can be found most Fridays out with friends enjoying some drinks, laughs and company.
