I'd say that I'm just another outdoor loving guy, but that's not entirely true. I also love sitting on my ass and watching TV or Stumbling around the internet or both, commonly with a beer in hand. If I'm not in front of an LCD screen, or two, I'm probably out climbing, skiing, drinking, or playing some sport or game.

I grew up in Steamboat Springs and I've been skiing for my whole life. I'm also an experienced rafter and I'm working on my rock climbing experience. I haven't played a sport yet that I haven't picked up almost immediately but my favorites are tennis, golf, hockey, and soccer.

As far as me as a person, I tend to be very quiet and extremely easy going. There aren't many things that "get to me". One of things that does though is people who are always negative or judgmental . I tend to be of the opinion that "it will randomly work out".

I work about 2/3 of the year so I have a lot of time off and I'm always looking for people to travel with. I'd love to get out of the country more often but I much prefer having a good travel partner to traveling solo and my current friends aren't usually available or financially able to join me.

I just quit a job where I was splitting my time between California and Colorado and got a job that will keep me in Colorado most of the time. I'm a well site geologist ie. I work on drilling rigs. It can be sporadic work but it allows for a ton of time off. Eventually I'd like to be self employed and living in the mountains, just need to figure out the best way to make that happen.

Skiing, forgetting peoples names but remembering every time I've ever seen them, tennis, looking at rocks, learning new technology, traveling, and some other things that I'm not going to list or just forgot about.

I have no idea.

Books: Dune series, Enders Game, LOTR Trilogy, The Foundation Series, Harry Potter series, Stranger in a Strange Land, Fahrenheit 451, Starship Troopers, The Hyperion Cantos, and stuff by Raymond E. Feist. (mostly sci-fi, especially if it makes me think)

Movies: Happy Gilmore, Caddyshack, There Will Be Blood, South Park Bigger Longer and Uncut, would be near the top of my list, but I haven't seen many movies that I didn't like.

Music: Iration, Rage Against the Machine, Pepper, Sublime, Kid Cudi, Sweatshop Union, Ratatat, Spoon, Van Morrison, Old Crow Medicine Show, The Railbenders, Band of Skulls, Pretty Lights, and many more.

Food: No seafood for me.

What I should do next in life, what to do with my next week/weeks off, and how to make those things happen.
