My self-summary
I recently moved back to Ontario after spending the past four years on the East Coast. I graduated from Dalhousie with a BSc in Kinesiology.

Looking at my instagram, one would learn:
My family has a farm, I love my pets, I like drinking with friends, and I have an unnatural love of mexican food.

I'm the oldest of four kids, which means my life is always interesting. It also means I'm patient.

I've been told I have "dad" humour...I laugh at my own jokes... sometimes. I also love a good pun.

I truly believe that nobody can be a fan of you if you're not a fan of yourself.

I live life by these wise words, "There is no certainty. There is only adventure."
What I’m doing with my life
I'm going to go back to school in the next couple of years to get my masters, but in the mean time, I've got a job that I love, and I feel like that's something not a lot of people can say. I miss being in school so I'm taking a Psychology and Law class come January. Up next is a Spanish class or two (my dad can speak it, and I've always wanted to).

I'm researching teaching abroad. Trying to feed the adventurer in me.

When I'm not working, I'm trying to learn a little bit about a lot of things, or spending time with my family.
I’m really good at
1. remembering that one thing you said to me in passing, 6 months ago, while I watching the baseball game.

2. being a goof. My students are always laughing at me (sometimes with).

3. talking to random people. Have a party to go to where you know no one? Those are my jam... I can talk to anyone about anything.

4. Looking dapper in a bowtie.
The first things people usually notice about me
my eyes or my smile, but more often than not, people are always commenting on how many people I know.

I've also been told I have really soft hair...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
The Time Traveller's Wife breaks my heart every time. I'm currently on a non-fiction kick, and am always open to suggestions.

Favourite movies include: Friday Night Lights, Wedding Crashers, The Reader.

Good TV is my weakness. I watch a little bit of everything, from the Amazing Race to Breaking Bad to Grey's Anatomy.

I listen to everything, but if you really want to get me going, throw on some country, and I'll dance and sing in my cowboy boots.

Food is one of my weaknesses, especially burritos.
The six things I could never do without
1. A good hat
2. My sunglasses. They make road trips and beach days that much better.
3. Good friends. I see my best friends every 6 months or so, and those days are always the highlights of my year.
4. My iPhone. Not to text and keep in touch, but for the ability to instantly google that question that is bothering me.
5. An ice cold beer. A great way to end a day.
6. Sports. Watching/playing/coaching, I love being competitive.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
the future, and what it looks like for me.
On a typical Friday night I am
with people. What we're doing is irrelevant, as long as we're having a good time.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I don't open up that easy, so if you take the time to get to know me, I'll tell you almost anything.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like girls
  • Ages 20–26
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
you think we're a good match and want to get to know me better.

How will you know we're a good match? If the simple things make you happy (curling up on the couch reading together, or playing a game of washers with friends). Or if you like getting out trying new things/places.
