Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Renovating my home. It had been empty for a year or three before I moved in. Took awhile to get rid of the mice.

There is a cave in Hawaii with an unimproved section, you had to slip under a railing to enter it... walk back far enough, turn off the flashlights, instant sensory deprivation.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
This is the kind of question that may be more meaningful to the younger seekers on this site. You can amaze yourself with what you can do without - like I did on an Outward Bound in the Superstitions when I turned 40.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.

On a typical Friday night I am
