My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a Colorado native and it should go without saying that I love being out in the CO sunshine (rain, snow). Right now I am mostly into backpacking and trail running with my 3 year old cattle dog mix, Luna.
I am a nerdish type- I work at an ecology lab and love anything science related! I also love to read and write and maybe get down on some Netflix.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am actually looking at getting out of town within the next year- to a graduate program on the west coast or maybe a small mountain town. Mostly I am just enjoying the ride.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Painting and drawing..secret skill.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My eyes and maybe that I blush at the drop of a hat.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books, books, books: I am working on Speaker for the Dead and rereading Cat's Cradle. I just finished Good Omens and American Gods and am beginning to really love Neil Gaiman. I love sci-fi and fantasy (Lord of the Rings, Dune, Wheel of Time, Song of Ice and Fire)

Movies/shows: Firefly! Any of the above, love but am not caught up on Walking Dead, getting into Attack on Titan, obviously Futurama, Archer etc. I do like to watch documentaries from time to time.

Music: I like a lot of stuff and am definitely starting to get into bluegrass. Some quick favorites are Tool, Sepultura, Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, Pink Floyd, SOAD...obviously some Steve Miller Band.

1. Being outside
2. Good friends
3. Fruits and vegetables
4. Books
5. Pen/paper
6. Good beer
